A restaurant, wine bar and fermenting kitchen - we're open for lunch Wednesdays to Sundays and dinner all week.

Our menu changes monthly and our cooking is simple and seasonal. It's here we make all our seasonal ferments, pickles and drinks - all of which you can buy ready jarred from our fridge.

Our large kitchen counter is the centrepiece, and you’re invited to grab a seat, order something to eat and enjoy the workings of life in our kitchen. In the evening, the lights go down, dinner is served and you can enjoy wines by the glass and bottle from our ever-changing wine list of natural and biodynamic wines.

    They put us in a corner patio spot outside the door, beside a pile of garbage and a million people and cars walking by. They knew it was my partners birthday and wouldn’t give us a seat inside despite it being free when we were available - like come on, rearrange something. Then not even a birthday cake or something small but the audacity to ask us if we want to buy dessert and judging us when we said no (like, no we don’t want dessert as we’re freezing and also having a bad ambience)

    Incredible atmosphere and the food was delicious. We had a spectacular orange wine as well! Highly recommend ordering something you wouldn’t normally try - that was our mission and it delivered. The staff was very friendly as well! Will definitely be back.

    One of the best restaurants I’ve been to anywhere. The food was simply outstanding. It’s a small, intimate space and the menu isn’t long - but that’s perhaps why everything tasted so good. I went there with a friend from New York, who was amazed at the quality. Can’t recommend it highly enough

    A delightfully curated space and just the right side of quirky. Food is imaginative, expertly put together and portions reasonable, even if £24 for a ‘small’ plate of pasta (delicious) is frankly on the steep side. Wines are expensive - beware - £12 for a 125ml glass of orange wine... Staff pleasant enough in the distant Dalston way.

    Amazing food and service. Wine recommendation was also fantastic. Highly recommend. I would say even for London it is quite highly priced for what you get. But overall, great experience.
