We took our daughter to Little Betty Steak Bar to celebrate her birthday! Everything was amazing. The food, hostess, our server and the ambience were amazing! Definitely a nice go to spot in Mountainbrook!

Fabulous staff and food. Well worth the visit. Taylor and Matt were AMAZING! Brought colleagues from Montana and they loved the restaurant.

Very disappointing evening.they claim to be an upscale steak house which is far from reality.noise level so bad we had to shout to be heard.dress code suggestion was obviously something they don’t care about people in shorts, sneakers, and one person in tee shirt shorts and baseball cap.there are at least 5 or 6 far superior restaurants in Birmingham . Better evening spent at golden corral.steak was good not great, wine list merely good not great. Just an average place but with much above average prices. My suggestion,try another place

Little Betty has become the premier dining venue in Mountain Brook and beyond. A very well curated menu with some highly creative dishes, e.g. the black cod and ravioli. Also, very flavorful cocktails and outstanding wine selection. The noise level continues to make conversation a challenge when nearby a large table. Suggest consideration of acoustic panels, etc to soften the background noise.

This is my second time coming this week and it was divine. I had the cacio e pep de nudi as a starter and new strip as my entree. For dessert, I had the chocolate olive oil cake. Overall, 10/10 experience.

We generally had a very good experience and are fine with paying a premium for fine foods. However, we felt meal was overpriced for what we got.

Everything about Little Betty is so special! The food is Devine and I highly recommend starting with the bone marrow!! We had the pleasure of having Douglas as our waiter..you will leave as friends if you are lucky to get him. Chef Kyle, Britton and Shadi, thank you so much for being so amazing!
