Une charcuterie haut de gamme. Ce restaurant propose un service de décantation complet avec une impressionnante carte des vins. Vous y trouverez une collection de bourbon, vous n'en croirez pas vos yeux. La nouvelle version du Little Allay Steak dans l'historique Roswell rivalise avec les meilleurs steakhouses, y compris celui de Peter Luger à New York et celui de Bern à Tampa. Créateurs des meilleurs hotspots OTP, Hicham Azhari et Fikret Kovac s'enfoncent dans le passé pour créer un espace de détente inspiré de la fin des années 1800. L'ancien magasin d'antiquités a été transformé avec des briques rénovées, du bois de récupération, du carrelage de métro blanc et des rampes de lumière confectionnées avec des crochets à viande. Very good steak and sides. Good service. Need a little more space between tables. Atmosphere is nice, but seems cramped due to table spacing. Overall experience good.

Steaks came out cold, which was a bummer. Marrow butter didn’t melt at all and just stayed as a pat of butter. When asked for the steak to be warm, they literally threw it on the grill for 20 seconds and brought it back out. I say this as a former chef-so I am aware of how to rest a steak. Steaks overpriced for what you get. Sides were the best thing on the menu! Probably won’t be back.

Arrived an hour early but Shallonga, the hostess, helped us get seats at the bar while we waited. As we sat down Kendrick made our favorite drink and it was “perfect!” We were seated in our favorite booth quickly and that was all before we enjoyed an outstanding meal and incredible service from Stephanie and her team. We had been favoring filets but had tired of them so switched to New York strip. We were thrilled with its favor, seasonings, and tenderness. We may be converts. The Cognac Shrimp appetizer was incredible. It amazes me how this restaurant continues to deliver on great food and outstanding service. One of our favorites in the kitchen even came out to greet us. We love this place.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience here! Starting with the manager Britt that seated us, was super warm and checked on us the entire dinner to make sure everything was perfect. And it certainly was. Starting with the freshest seafood tower we’ve ever had, to the watermelon salad and delicious beef carpaccio. Our server Lauren was wonderful! Her menu knowledge and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. We always had a full glass in front of us at all times and all her recommendations were spot on. 3 of us ordered a Pittsburgh filet and oh my god BEST filet I’ve ever had. We couldn’t shut up about it. We already can’t wait to go back and have that experience again. A perfect evening across the board from service to food! 12/10
