Brier was an excellent server, and was very attentive to our party. The food was timely and delicious.

The amount of food you get for the price is not worth it. If you order a fish entree it comes with a tiny kale salad on your plate. Definitely not worth what they charge.

We had a fantastic dinner for our daughter’s 18th birthday at Link & Pin! Our server Ryan was awesome and the food was amazing!

This was not our first time eating at Link & Pin and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again. The food is delicious and the service personable and excellent! It’s nice to have a higher end option in south Charlotte.

They allow dogs on the patio. Four dogs with a large group of people. The dogs barked all through our dinner. Very disturbing when we were looking for a quiet dinner on the patio. One member of out party ordered the hamburger med-rare. Had to send it back twice. Chef apparently does not know how to test with a thermometer. After returning the first order at took way too long to replace it. Returns should go to the front of the queue. Everyone in our party was finished before the return order came out of the kitchen and then it was well done!

Ashley was great as always. She was attentive and kept our glasses full! Food was fantastic as well. Great ambiance and music. Always a favorite even with the kiddos.

Honestly one of the worst dining experiences we have had in quite some time. We had a reservation for 7:30. We ended up finally sitting down at a little before 8. They informed us they were "preparing the table". Not sure what that means, but the restaurant was half empty so there were plenty of tables available. Once we were seated, it took almost 30 additional minutes to get drinks brought to the table. The wrong drinks were brought to the table, and we let the waitress know. Her response was "that is what you ordered". It was not, but we let it go as this was a birthday celebration for my wife and I did not want to ruin the feel of our night. The service was painfully slow all night. Three of us finally received our main course at 9:50, while it took an additional 15 minutes to bring out the "special" that someone in our party ordered. The unapologetic attitude of our server and the manager was evident throughout the evening. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially based on the cost the meal. The food was average. Nothing stands out especially considering the price point of the restaurant. There are 20 other restaurants within a 20 minute drive that are cheaper, better, and the the service is undeniably on a different level. If these issues don't get addressed, this restaurant will not be open for long. There are too many good restaurants around Charlotte that offer good food and great service.

Two of us ordered the Lobster Roll & Truffle Fries, one ordered the House Burger and one ordered Grilled Salmon with the Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad. We all agreed, the food was delicious. Our waitress, Kacy(?) did an awesome job explaining all the delicious options on the menu and took really good care of us. Would definitely visit again.

We were very excited to try Link & Pin at the Arboretum. We had a reservation and only waited a few minutes to be seated. The staff were very friendly and the ambience was nice. It was not a full, crowded restaurant (on a Friday night) but it was busy enough to look popular. The timing of anything arriving at the table was way too slow for there to have been as many open tables as there were. Our drinks came much after our appetizers and were ordered at the same time. We each drank 2 glasses of water while waiting for our other drinks (and we ordered beer).. My husband ordered the porterhouse steak and I ordered the bone-in pork chop. His steak was tasty but not cooked properly (medium rare was ordered and it was rare but charred on the outside). I took one bite of my pork chop and stopped. It tasted like it had been boiled, charred, then was drowned in teriyaki to cover that up. I did not eat. The waitress was very nice and offered to make something new, free dessert, etc. they did take the pork chop off the check without me asking. Again, the staff were great but the kitchen and bar need a lot of help. This was a $250 meal (after the pork chop was removed) and we will not be back.
