The service was excellent. Of the 6 of us, only 1 didn't care for what he ordered. The lighting was too low to read the menu easily. Would try again.

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. My steak was cooked perfectly, the bread was divine, and the donuts melted in your mouth! Service was excellent as well!

Gotten very pricey. Will not likely not return. Experience was okay but not at the price point.

The design, decor and overall atmosphere of the restaurant was fabulous. The service was mediocre, the food was honestly just overpriced and one of our steaks was completely mis-cooked and when we mentioned it to the server, she asked if my friend would “go ahead and cut the steak at the center and then we can evaluate it”. We were all kind of taken aback by that. We were only one of three tables in the large room but our food took forever. In the end, we made the decision that we won’t be going back.

Daryl was absolutely phenomenal for our group of 13! Left feeling like we all made a new friend. Will be back because of him!

Food is consistently great. Our party of 4 had the salmon, Cajun chicken pasta, shrimp and grits, and lobster roll. All were fantastic! We have dined at Link and Pin many times and the food is always the standout. I wish I could say the same about the service. The service frequently is lacking and last night was no different. The server did not know the food or wine menu when we asked some questions, we received one appetizer quickly and 15 minutes later received the second one after we asked (I’m sure he forgot to ring it in but told us the kitchen “burnt it”), no drink refills were ever offered, and everything was just very slow. We have decided to give one of the other locations a try next time. Hopefully, the standard of service will be better.

Considering we were a party of 10 on a Sunday night and had a reservation the restaurant should have been appropriately staffed. It took an extremely long time to get water or drinks. Our food wasn’t as tasty as it usually is and I come here often. We did know that we had birthday celebrations so my expectation was to ensure the ladies had a good time which was difficult when three of our party would have drinks and then by the time the rest of the drinks came the first three were done. Please consider your reservation sizes and staffing levels in tandem to avoid this in the future . The food is usually excellent, but if you are unable to deliver the same level of service for large parties, perhaps you shouldn’t allow them
