Simple, Fresh, Local ingredients make up our seasonally changing menu. Our small team of talented chefs have created a delicious menu, with a focus on working with local suppliers to source sustainable produce and reducing food wastage.

The restaurant has limited availability with a maximum table size of 6 people, unless pre arranged with the hotel reception. The restaurant is not a fine dining restaurant. We aim to offer good food and professional but friendly service.

Fabulous experience overall including food and service. Only fault was the cheesecake was still a bit frozen but otherwise quality and freshness of ingredientes were there. Service always with a smile and calm atmosphere.

Interesting menu with an Italian slant. My wife had an excellent Risotto. I had a prawn & crab dish both excellent.

Charming, relaxed hotel restaurant on a pretty hillside above West Lulworth, busy with August traffic heading back from Lulworth Cove. Excellent fresh food, prepared with great care and the staff member who served us was enthusiastic and helpful. All in all, a good holiday evening.

Lovely setting, overlooking hills with fresh air and the food was good. The tables outside was not an option for dinner. The service was relatively poor. Although the restaurant was empty and we took an extra 2 person table to play checkers with our son whilst eating, we were asked for this table back during the game, so the waiter could prepare it for non-existent guests. Luckily my husband told him to wait. When enquiring after a children's menu or child friendly options, we were told 'no'. Amusing, but somewhat annoying at the price and for being on holiday. This hotel might want to invest in professional service.

A slightly reduced menu since the restaurant reopened a couple of months back, but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Beautiful food, excellent service from our waiter Oleg, who is always professional and cheerful. We missed the Limestone when it was closed, so good that it’s back.

Really excellent seafood cooking here, dining on a Friday evening. Beautiful hotel & restaurant location, fragrant shrubs making it perfect for outdoor drinks high above street level, looking across the lovely valley with its neat thatched houses. Friendly and efficient service, appealing menu options, and a reasonably priced delightful & eclectic wine list. Loved the Warm Dorset apple cake & Dorset clotted cream - as good as it gets! Unreservedly recommended.

Stylish restaurant, wonderful service, amazing food and reasonable prices. If the weather is good, you can sit outside in the garden after dinner for drinks with a view!
