Teddy Bouroncle, a self-proclaimed 'cocinero comilón', follows in the footsteps of his grandparents, combining unexpected quality ingredients to create explosive flavors inspired by his beloved home — Lima. Staying true to Peru’s culinary practice of fusing international cuisine with local ingredients, our dishes are made with locally grown herbs and greens, homemade sourdough, and fresh Catches of the Day. Toast with wines that take you on a journey around the world. Celebrate the island life with ice-cold local beers and sip creative cocktails made with authentic Peruvian liqueur. Enjoy our air-conditioned dining room or terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of Oranjestad's marina at Harbour House.

Kids Policy: In order to accommodate guests who are seeking a quiet and relaxing night out, Lima Bistro does not accept reservations for parties accompanied by children under the age of 10 after 7 p.m. Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or on the outside terrace.

Lima Bistro was exceptional. We dined early on a Friday evening and everything about the experience was excellent. The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and comfortable. We sat outside with a great view of the Marina. The cocktails, scallop appetizer and bread were delicious. My husband had the lomo saltado, which he enjoyed very much and I had the lamb shank and it was the best lamb I've ever had. Incredibly tender and flavorful on a bed of polenta with gremolata. We ate every bite and we were too full for dessert. I look forward to when we can eat at Lima Bistro again.

Food, drinks, and service were phenomenal. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back the next time I visit Aruba.

Lima restaurant is one of the hidden gems of Aruba. The food is superb, the ambience is intimate. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that everything was to our liking. Our waitress Nefta was wonderful. We had a great conversation with the manager, Sally. Although this restaurant is only open three years, you would never know it based us watching the performance in the open kitchen. The quality of the food is superb, the food is served in a timely manner. The mixologist makes the best martinis! We can’t wait to go back and highly recommend this restaurant!

If you're looking for a restaurant that combines outstanding food, a warm ambiance, and excellent service, this is the place to be. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with genuine smiles and attentive staff who made the experience feel special. The dishes were beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and each bite was a treat. The perfect evening.

Lima bistro is definitely a must! The combination of flavors and the unique dishes,along with the friendly staff and cozy ambiance, I can't stop thinking about it. My husband and I just went for the first time and will definitely go back before the end of our trip. We had the scallops and the crudo for appetizers and each had the lomo saltado for dinner, which was definitely an elevated version of this dish. We also shared the leek veggie dish which was so unique and full of flavor. For dessert we shared the crema Carmel crumble. It was so creamy and delicious. We can't wait to go back!
