Amazing! The food, service, and ambience. My favorite restaurant (along with their Patisserie in downtown SB). Their menu has something for everyone, and the staff is very welcoming and attentive. It’s heaven if you’re gluten free, and a delicious experience if you’re not.

Went here for our anniversary lunch and it was lovely. Excellent, attentive service and delicious food.

Such a beautiful restaurant with a great menu. I went to Lilac as a celiac with my 4 friends for dinner. They all loved it! They could not stop raving about how great it is! Will for sure be returning ♥️

I wish I liked the food better at Lilac. I like the concept. The space is bright and cheerful. Unfortunately the food is totally uninspired. Mine was truly boring, and not very hot. My sister was with me and she thought her food was a B- at best. I'm not going to go back.

We are locals and so enjoy Lilac Montecito. We have enjoyed Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and have never been disappointment. The food is very good. The service is excellent, and the ambiance is lovely.

We so enjoyed our dinner at Lilac! We were warmly greeted and had very attentive wait staff. The dishes we chose Branzino and Pasta were both well prepared and delicious! My only comment is that our gems salad dressing could have had a bit more acid. Overall we were very pleased with our dinner experience!

Wonderful food and service. Sat more in the back and we could easily talk and hear each other. Food was fabulous . Had key lime tart for dessert and it was delicious

First time there and figured breakfast would be safe way to start. I was excited about the menu because it had both classic Eggs Benedict and Quiche Lorraine, two favorites. We also ordered the breakfast potatoes and a side of bacon. English was not our servers native language and it was at times difficult to understand him and, apparently, difficult for him to understand us. More on that in a moment. First, the Benedict was good but not served warm enough. Secondly, the quiche was like runny scrambled eggs in a pie crust. There was very little meat and little cheese flavor. The potatoes were different, not crispy or grilled but tasted as if poached or boiled and lacked seasoning. The bowl of fresh fruit and the orange juice were perfect. Sadly, as I said, the server did not get our order of bacon. He repeated it do I am certain he understood but seemed a bit tired, perhaps out too late the night before. We will try again, Persia a dinner in the future. But with so many good choices in Montecito, it may be awhile.
