Loved everything about Lila-staff, food, and atmosphere were outstanding! From the warm welcome and cozy table to the attentive staff and delectable menu items, we were completely delighted. Ordered the pakoras, prawns, portobello mushroom and bhaji dishes-perfect amount for two to share. All were fresh and aromatic. The mango custard was a light finish to the meal. Can’t wait to return!

Loved it! The Beet salad deserves 2M**’s. Fantastic. The patio it a magical hideaway on busy Main Street and the chefs don’t disappoint. One word: Go!

Our group had high hopes for this restaurant but unfortunately it didn't deliver. The dishes were fairly flat/one note and lacked the depth of spice we expected. For example, the portobello dish came highly recommended and it just lacked all around. It tasted like a creamy coconut curry. The halloumi and peas were also recommended and we were told that the peas brightened up the dish but they didn't. They didn't have the pop we thought they would if they were to brighten the dish. And when we asked the server for their recommendations, they named almost every dish on the menu. Unfortunately, we won't be going back.

I had a disappointing experience in Lila and I would not recommend this restaurant. This was the first time in my dining history when I didn’t leave any tips. The food was all curry: out of four dishes that we ordered - 3 looked almost identical. One of the dishes with prawns was not served at all, which I stated to a couple of servers who were trying to clean our table. then another server showed up saying in a rather assertive manner that she served prawns to us: “I’m pretty sure I brought you guys prawns” 🫠we were confused and embarrassed because we didn’t receive the dish but she made us feel as if we’re out of our mind or we are trying to get something for free. I have never heard anyone deal with this issue in such a disgraceful manner before! she then asked if we wanted prawns off the bill or we still want to have it! Prawns were served with a brief apology finally and we were charged for every dish we ordered. Thats when I decided not to leave any tip and I won’t be coming back.

Decent food, not the wow factor I was hoping for due to the chef’s experience with Acorn and Vij’s. nice atmosphere and service.

Wonderful food, great service and a great dinner out with family. The server was great at sharing menu tips and recommendations. A delicious dinner!
