The food was absolutely amazing, we had the pork belly and barramundi, delicious food, the service was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend it 👍👍👍👍👍

Absolutely exceptional venue! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Food and drinks delicious with a very relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely be returning! And the food was aaaaaaamazing!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much everyone for the best night of my life

Would definitely go back. Authentic pasta flavours and perfectly cooked ribs. Bug tails could have been larger but were tasty. A bug Asian salad with green mango would be good. Tempura vegetables were nice. A bit more variety would also make this dish better.

We were really excited for our NYE dinner, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. Upon arrival, our table wasn't ready, and we were seated 30 minutes late. Once we were seated, we waited an additional 45 minutes before receiving our drinks, and even then, we had to get up and ask for more because no one checked in on us. The entree was cold and honestly disappointing for the price, and while we appreciated the gesture of a complimentary beer for the men at the table, it didn’t make up for the lack of quality. When the mains arrived, one meal wasn’t cooked properly and had to be sent back, while another was overcooked. To top it off, the staff explained that a chef and the dishie had walked out during the peak service, which we were sympathetic to, but it didn’t change the fact that our experience was very far from what we’d hoped for. In the end, we paid full price without any discount or compensation for the poor food and service. We didn’t want to escalate things in the moment, but in hindsight, we wish we had. While we understand that things can go wrong, we left feeling really let down by the overall experience. I hope the restaurant can learn from this night and improve, as it certainly didn’t live up to expectations.

Food was excellent and whilst the service was slow it was strange Seated and waited for over 20 minutes before we were given a menu (early 545 pm seating so not busy at all) Wasn’t worried about the time between courses just no service Empty drink glasses and needed a chat with the waiter to get the bubbles on entry and the appetiser. Staff were pleasant just slack service

Amazing food! Was some of the most delicious food we have ever eaten! Drinks were also amazing!

We had the Christmas Day set menu. Unfortunately this was very disappointing and not worth the cost. We saw multiple tables leave as they probably had the same issues we did. Upon arrival we were given menus and then were ignored for 20 minutes. There were other tables who arrived after us that were offered drinks straight away. We tried flagging waiters down however could not seem to get their attention. Also, it was over 30 degrees, so we were just sitting there waiting for 20 minutes. Once we eventually ordered our drinks, this took ages, and then we had to reorder our drinks as it seemed like it was forgotten. The restaurant was not full outside where we were sitting however service was terrible. The food was not bad, in fact I have no complaints about this however it was not worth the cost. This menu included a drinks package however they charged us for a soft drink? This was on the beverage package. Overall, disappointed.

Food was absolutely amazing, cocktails on point too!!! and staff were super friendly. thanks for an amazing dinner once again!! We come here every time we are up in Port Douglas!!!

I had a 50th progressive lunch and this was the first stop. We had two cocktails and both were lovely. We shared some vegetable and some duck spring rolls which were offered to us to assist my desire for finger share food. They were ok. Also ordered Edamame which I thought would be still in the skin but were all served in a bowl. Weren't as easy to eat as finger food as I had expected. Carlos was friendly and efficient and extremely helpful and patient when I wanted to pay with several gift cards.
