Service was fantastic. Menu cocktails were terrible and food was subpar. Ordered the Model T and French 76 cocktails. Sent the model T back. Ordered the pork belly app, it was ok. The ribeye was just ok, not a ton of flavor. The sea bass was terrible and sent it back. Would not recommend this place.

food was very average; menu for Polaris location is NOT the same as Powell - be careful. Noisy. Happy hour items/prices only available at their "high top" tables; not announced that way on line. Thus - overall rating of very average, at best.

The food was pretty good, but it was WAY TOO NOISY to enjoy it. It starts with the music being too loud, which causes everyone to speak louder in order to have a normal conversation. It's made worse by the open ceiling and no noise buffering system. No one is going to a restaurant like this to listen to the "background" music, so management should turn it down. It might have been better to sit outside.

Service was great, food & drinks came out fast, and everything tasted great. This was our 3rd time here, and we have only had great experiences.

Bar service is close to if not the slowest we have ever experienced. Not very well organized, server - not very motivated. 30 plus minutes to get a can of miller light. Food was served timely and was out and finished before drinks. Had to nudge the server to check on the drinks a few times. Experience is not isolated. We have been there 4 times when it's busy, slow and normal. Bar is always behind and slow.

Great food and drink options. Nice job seating us when weather forced us inside off the patio. Loved our server Ethan.
