I dined here last night, and it was a fantastic experience! The star of my meal was definitely the burger – perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The combination of fresh ingredients and a well-seasoned patty made it one of the best I’ve had in a while. I also tried the French 76 cocktail, and it did not disappoint. It was light, refreshing, and the balance of flavors was spot on – a great complement to my meal. Despite the fact that the restaurant was short-staffed, our server was incredibly attentive and professional. He mentioned the staffing issue, but we never felt neglected. The service was prompt, and he checked on us frequently to ensure everything was going well. Overall, great food, drinks, and service. I’ll definitely be back!

Food was great!! Our second time there, went to watch Alan Carl. Ordered to go food today. Definitely will be back again soon.

We had some hits but some misses. Pretzel appetizer was very good. Chowder was also delicious but could tell it had sat for a bit before coming out. Cobb was good but unfortunately when comparing it to others in town, it came up a bit short. Great beer selection and prices! The Cosmo cocktail was not our favorite, would order a traditional if we were to repeat. Finally, our server, while very nice and attentive, lacked training. He was unable to answer a couple questions which seemed pretty basic. Won't be jumping at the chance to go back but won't hesitate to try again if invited.

Great ambience outside on the patio. The acoustic player was excellent and the noise level was appropriate. The inside looked fun as well. The food and the service were excellent.

Service was fantastic. Menu cocktails were terrible and food was subpar. Ordered the Model T and French 76 cocktails. Sent the model T back. Ordered the pork belly app, it was ok. The ribeye was just ok, not a ton of flavor. The sea bass was terrible and sent it back. Would not recommend this place.

food was very average; menu for Polaris location is NOT the same as Powell - be careful. Noisy. Happy hour items/prices only available at their "high top" tables; not announced that way on line. Thus - overall rating of very average, at best.

The food was pretty good, but it was WAY TOO NOISY to enjoy it. It starts with the music being too loud, which causes everyone to speak louder in order to have a normal conversation. It's made worse by the open ceiling and no noise buffering system. No one is going to a restaurant like this to listen to the "background" music, so management should turn it down. It might have been better to sit outside.

Service was great, food & drinks came out fast, and everything tasted great. This was our 3rd time here, and we have only had great experiences.
