Liberty Station, an American tavern and smokehouse is open daily for lunch and dinner. Liberty Station serves American comfort food with regional touches, including several nods to the Keeler family’s Boston roots. The bar at Liberty Station offers vintage cocktails created in a very classic style, and local craft beers, plus a wide array of wine options.
Acclaimed Executive Chef Anthony Apolinar heads the kitchen. Chef has created a menu that includes creative “shareable” appetizers, pasta and salads. Entrees feature fresh seafood, steaks and chops. Liberty Station also smokes many high quality meats, including Brisket, Pork Shoulder, Pork Ribs and Chicken, on our custom made smoker, prominently displayed on the west side patio of the restaurant.

Everyone was friendly. Server was trying hard but we hadn't even been at our table for more than a minute or so and she was asking if we were ready to order. Came back with drinks and asked again. I had asked for a glass of ice which I didn't get until asking again about 15 minutes later. Food was good, but I think there just needs to be some training with perhaps what are newer waitstaff.

We eat at your restaurant often because we enjoy eating at you restaurant but this is the first time I had the Prime Rib. I ordered the biggest serving and it was very rare like I like it but it was very chewy and tough. Some bites were not edible. My wife's fish and the bottle of wine were great but the Prime Rib was very disappointing.

Since moving to The Boulders six months ago, Liberty Station has become our "go to" restaurant. We're there about once a week. The food and service are outstanding and the value is superb...especially the long happy hour with good choices and great value. Manager, Amy, and server, Jakob, are two of our very favorites of many team members with servant's hearts and a customer-centric attitude. "Try it, You'll like it". !!!

Haven't been here for awhile. Love the smoked meats, like brisket. Had great service with Tori. Only thing that needs a little improvement is the chairs. They are a little wobbly.

Unfortunately this restaurant was not our cup of tea. Our server was awesome. A challenge was a piece of brisket that was more fat than meat. The server replaced it immediately which was awesome.

The hamburgers were terrible, the meat was overcooked and the bun cold. The firecracker shrimp were delicious. The Brussels sprouts had a good taste but were not crispy. The brisket salad was great as usual. Ordered chicken but they were out…
