    Service was slow, which I wouldn’t normally complain but they weren’t busy and food was just overcooked and overpriced

    Brunch Date with my husband today 09/21/24. We had a great experience. Delicious food, Ambient very friendly. Our waitress was always on top when we need her. I'll give you guys 10+

    Horrible customer service. I put notes it was brunch for the new mom - all of us were dressed up and from out of town just to have a brunch together at a place recommended to us. They set us in some back room where there was no AC. When I went back and kindly asked them to move us they told us we passed up our main dining room seating when she seated us, which absolutely wasn’t true we were never offered any main dining but in a back room alone. Our waitress told us she was having a bad day, wanted to cry, then the manager said they are a popular place with high demand & no seats for us so sorry if we don’t want to dine there. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.

    The ambiance and service were great. Our food was sub-par. Pancakes were burnt, eggs were overcooked, french fries were cold. For the prices, we expected much better.

    For being a beautiful restaurant on social media and with recommendations and to add to our itinerary for a birthday weekend, service and food was disappointing. Server did not seem very welcoming and inpatient with our group. Fries with our meal were stale and hard. Temperature requests for steak/burgers were not cooked to asking which left over half our meals on our plate. For quality of food felt very pricey. The inside is very beautiful and well decorated but unfortunately will not be a returning customers.

    The host was missing when we showed up, then eventually came by to check us in on an iPad but disappeared again before eventually seating us at a half empty restaurant. Our server was friendly and generally absent. Our food arrived mostly cold.
