The poor waiter was running around like crazy while other staff just stood around.

The bacon and beer mussels were amazing, fair prices ready for football session. Need to work on service when it's empty the service is great on fathers day they aren't prepared. All around I'll go back.

Went on Father’s Day because everyone wanted the special of prime rib. We’ve been wanting to try it so we thought this was a great day to go. We got there and ordered some drinks and 15 minutes later we were waiting for the drinks. When the waitress came back with them, we said we were ready to order, and went to place our order to find out that because it was Father’s Day. They did not have prime rib. So we ordered something else. The pizza came out first before the appetizers. So the two of us sharing the pizza ate our dinner then the appetizer came out and one of the guys ate that. Then the meal came out for the two guys. The guys did have a second beer. At the end of the meal, the waitress came out and gave each guy a third beer and said she wasn’t charging them because of the long wait. Not that it isn’t nice to have a free drink, but Our guys never drink more than two when they are driving so realistically, I didn’t want them drinking the third beer. Everyone around us were complaining that it took so long to get their food. The taste of the food wasn’t bad, but I don’t think I would go back because long wait. Most casinos want you in and out as fast as they can so that you go and gamble more. Apparently not this one.

The absolute worst experience here ever! The server or shall I say lack there of was the worst! He should be fired after the way he acted at our family when he went into full on attack mode because he had to work on Fathers Day. This establishment used to be one of our favorites, now we will never ever ever again set foot in this place.

Prime rib was outstanding; its accompaniments were also outstanding; creme brulee was great. We love Emily, our server. We love almost all of the servers there. It is a pleasure to dien there. Noise level (on that particular night) was a bit loud for my tastes; restaurant was more crowded than usual; love the sports bar ambience of the place; sound should be turned down and closed caption needs to be activated. Usually it is not NEARLY as crowded, or loud, as it was on our most recent visit.

Onion soup excellent . Chocolate martini superb as was the crème brûlée Margarita was so so so.

Came for Sunday night prime rib special (looked like at least a 14 oz cut with potatoes and veg for $24). Parents got a cheesesteak sandwich and chicken parmigiana which they enjoyed. Chicken parm was over spaghetti and was quite large. Prime ribs were flavorful but cold and tough; mashed potatoes and green beans were standard and also room temp. About 10-15 minutes for us to be recognized by our server which is excessive, especially considering it wasn’t busy and 2 floor staff were just milling about. Server was then pleasant, engaging and reasonably attentive.

Waiter was over whelmed with crowd, they were short handed. Took a long time to get food, then when food came it was not cooked properly ask for well done was medium rare wife couldn't eat her sandwich. Ask for loaded potato soup got french onion, they brought an extra soup out but too was french onion. I really felt bad for the waiter, he tried his best to satisfy us. The manager did also, I think the problem was that they were short hand because of graduation, we will return.
