    Ver good waiter, mussels were so so, broth very salty. Would definitely not order them again.

    My guest and I came to celebrate her birthday. when we arrived at Lia's, she decided she preferred to eat in the bar, something I seldom do. Our server Sebastian was excellent, as was my Lia's Original burger. As always, I look forward to returning to Lia's.

    We used to go to Lia's quite frequently, but moved away from the area. We returned again recently. I ordered the Sunday Gravy Special which was a salad, pasta and dessert for $30. When ordering, I said that I didn't want/need the dessert, and the waitress said fine, we'll just bring you the salad and main. When the bill arrived, I was charged $35 for the 2 items (their regular prices). I asked the waitress why I was charged the full prices instead of the Special (which I ordered), she replied that the Special didn't apply since I didn't have the dessert. I then went to see the manager, who acknowledged that the waitress should have been clear that unless I got all 3 items, the Special pricing didn't apply. Had I known that, I would have had them bring the dessert -- and not eaten it -- which is a waste. I expected that the manager would have honored the intent of my order -- and charged me the $30 special price -- but that wasn't the case. A real bait-and-switch from Lia's. Even though I have frequented Lia's over the years, I won't return again.

    We enjoyed a wonderful brunch sitting outside on the red umbrella covered patio at Leah‘s. Everyone in our party found some thing that they really enjoyed in the menu which is a plus when you go out with a group of friends or family. The drinks and cocktail menu has something for everyone. We would recommend the lamb sliders, the frittata, and the blueberry waffles! The orange and strawberry-lemonade spritzers are a nice addition for the summer!

    I ordered the shrimp scampi which I had had at Chef Geoff’s where it was wonderful. Unfortunately my order came after having been under the heat lamps (?) for way too long. A lot of the top noodles were totally dried out and almost no sauce. I hated to do it, but I did ask for another one which came pretty quickly and was totally perfect. The strawberry shortcake had only one sliced strawberry - a disappointment. But improve Lias and have been there quite often and imlook forward to My next visit.

    This was an off night. We dined indoors. The server was very nice but service was extraordinarily slow. We had to request our starter salad to be served at the same time as our other diner’s starter soup. There was a long delay before the entree arrived. We were a table of 4. Hope you can improve. We are long time diners and like to count on a reliable experience.
