It is difficult to define exactly what l’Gueuleton means but the words ‘feast’, ‘food’, ‘family’, ‘friends’ and of course ‘wine’ help us to understand a concept that is inherently French. Since 2004 l’Gueuleton has served French Bistro cuisine at its finest. Combining quality Irish produce with French flair, l’Gueuleton offers a fantastic menu, matched with a perfectly balanced selection of wines.

Situated on the ground floor of the old Fade Street Tenements l’Gueuleton is a combination of exposed red brick walls, industrial beams, copper ceilings and wood floors.

Me and my wife had a great experience. Since the reception until the end of dinner the l'Gueuleton team brought a best service ever giving us all support and attention.

It’s a very lovely place and the food is great! I made our reservation extremely late and they had a lovely table for us. Highly recommend.

Wonderful! We reserved an outside table as it was a beautiful sunny day. However, smokers on both sides. Host apologized even before we said anything or sat down. He moved us to an inside table. Food is incredible. We started with the octopus, prawns. I’m an octopus junkie and it was really good. Charred perfectly. Server was helpful with wine, ambience is great, overall a perfect place for our “special” night out in Dublin.

Really nice food and fantastic service from all staff. Due to building acoustics it was hard to hear conversation at the table.
