Letty’s Tavern bringing a refined, yet approachable concept to Kennett, it offers elevated pub fare, east coast style pizza and boasts a new bottle shop. Letty’s is named after its resident spirit, Leticia who was named after William Penn’s daughter. She’s been known to visit from time to time. The unique gastropub and bottle shop takes their hospitality legacy seriously by featuring innovative and vibrant craft cocktails, as well as a thoughtfully curated wine and beer program. Letty’s brings a laid back, west coast vibe to the more serious shores of the east coast through great atmosphere, food, cocktails, and service. While unsurpassed hospitality is certainly nothing new, this concept is, and we are happy to share it with you.

We were visiting Kennett from Florida. Visited Lettie’s twice, once at bar and once at dining room. Great bartenders and atmosphere in bar area. The dining experience was lovely. Good food and great service!

My second time there and with different friends. Spot on with the flavors. No one in town has the flavors this place has in their dishes. Love the drink menu and love the food menu! I will go back again and again.

Service, ambience, and food quality was great but the $16 poached pair salad, which two of us wanted to split before our meals, was pretty small for the price.

We enjoyed the unique menu selections and ambience. It’s a nice place to settle down and enjoy the crowds at Kenner Square Mushroom Festival. It’s nice to visit any time.

We love Letty’s! I know for some their menu can appear to be unapproachable but we’ve loved everything we’ve had. I get the gem salad almost every time - the mix of flavors is unusual and outstanding. I think they have the best smash burger and their fries are the absolute best. My husband loves their pork schnitzel when they have it but gets the short rib when the schnitzel isn’t available - they are both so good! Other things we enjoy include the cauliflower appetizer and the pizzas. Letty’s is one of our go to spots!

We were there Thursday night and enjoyed our delicious pizza and had an appetizer of cauliflower with a delicious topping. The service was good and it had a very homey feeling 😊

Friendly and attentive service. Excellent mixed drinks. The food was decent and nothing more. We found that the menu descriptions of the small plates were far more enticing than the execution of the actual dishes. Sesame dressing on the special Cali salad was very watery- did not coat the ingredients. The roasted garlic and green olive aioli served with the cauliflower tasted like neither of those things, and the manchego in the description was either missing or so lightly applied that we didn't notice it. The pesto on the fried eggplant medallions was tasty, but the tomato jam was barely there and I don't remember seeing or tasting the whipped ricotta. The result was not bad food; it was just far less interesting than it could have been. We'd go back, but would likely stick to pizza or burgers.

Table was comfortable and the service was good. Otherwise not much to write home about. Food was just ok. Drinks were just ok. It was very weird that they put red pepper flakes in the sauce of a kids pizza and didn’t tell anyone, my child was screaming that it was spicy!

Very nice place, everything was wonderful the food, drinks, and service. The only thing I don’t care for is being right on top of another table. But it ended up not being so bad and I enjoyed my time there.
