The food and wait staff service was well above exceptional. I highly recommend anyone who has not tried Leos to give it a shot. You won’t regret it!

We were seated promptly and had a terrific server. She was attentive and had the right level of follow up. The food was fantastic and the ambience was excellent. We were a party of 6 and had a great experience overall. Will definitely return.

Our server Izzy was great, very personable and did a great job with recommendations. The complimentary bread with oil and balsamic was amazing. We had the shrimp scampi and arancini for starters and both were very tasty. For main course we had Spaghetti Carbonara, Orecchiette sausage & broccolini and a spicy pizza no complaints about anything all tasty and beautifully presented. We finished up with the cannolis and Chocolate Molten Lava cake again both were delicious. Cocktails also deserve a mention the Margarita Rosso was excellent as were the Lemon Drop and Expresso Martinis. We will be back!

This was our first visit to Leo's at North Hills, we visited the one in Cary a while back. The North Hills location used to a different Italian place but had an older vibe feel. Leo's revamped the place and gave a new modern look and it was nice. We were seated right away and drink orders taken. We ordered the Caesar salad and split it between my wife and I, which was good as it would have been too much for just one of us. Of course they had bread with vinegar/olive oil. I had the veal and my wife got one of their pasta dishes. We didn't eat much because of the salad and bread. We were pleased with our meal and it was affordable.

The food over all was fine but everything lacked flavor, with the exception of the steak my husband had. He ordered his steak medium well and the they served it medium. The drinks were very good I highly recommend the lemon drop!
