We warmly welcome you to Leonessa- an Italian-Inspired Kitchen & Bar on beautiful Route 6A in Yarmouth Port. Husband & Wife team, Chef Owner Diego Mota and Owner & General Manager Taylor Amara bring exceptional scratch made regional Italian cuisine and impeccable service to this iconic neighborhood. Combining the best of food and beverage of Italy along with the influences of its bordering neighbors coalesces into a dynamic, modern and elevated culinary experience. Chef Diego and Taylor's dream to pour their true love and passion for food, beverages, and hospitality is realized with every service. Reservations are for tables in each our four unique dining rooms while the Bar welcomes guests on a first come first serve basis. Please note that we do our level best to accommodate seating/area requests but they are not guaranteed. We also kindly ask that parties arrive together so that everyone can enjoy their time with us. Fantastic food and service. Outstanding wine selection. A bit noisy from a background standpoint but still managed to carry a conversion without an issue. Convenient valet parking too. We will definitely be back.

We’ve dined here a few times and always a wonderful experience. Impeccable service, great ambiance, and amazing food hot from the kitchen. And I didn’t have to park my car because the valet knew how to drive a 6-speed standard!! That just never happens!

From the valet to fabulous host, to our server, and support staff we were delighted by their friendliness, promptness and expertise. The food? Outstanding! You know you’re in for a treat when the bread is special, plus olive tapenade. Apps of local clams and burrata were perfect with cocktails. Veal osso buco served with creamy polenta—so rich and so much slow cooked flavor. It’s 8 AM, I’m going in for leftovers soon! Chocolate pot de crème and assorted gelatos with an espresso martinis to end the spectacular indulgence. We three will be back!

My date and I ordered the veal and lobster risotto. The presentation of both dishes were spectacular. The veal was cooked to perfection and the lobster risotto flavor was out of this world. Ambiance is always nice there too.

Excellent meal, superb wine list, staff was friendly and attentive, overall great service. Best Italian I have had on the Cape.

The food, portion size and wait staff were excellent. The tables are too close together. We felt cramped in the corner next to a loud party of four. We have eaten at this location through most of its iterations starting with Cranberry Goose, Cranberry Moose. Abbicci (never went to Grille 43). Leonessa’s food in among the best, but the ambiance could be better with more space between tables.
