We warmly welcome you to Leonessa- an Italian-Inspired Kitchen & Bar on beautiful Route 6A in Yarmouth Port. Husband & Wife team, Chef Owner Diego Mota and Owner & General Manager Taylor Amara bring exceptional scratch made regional Italian cuisine and impeccable service to this iconic neighborhood. Combining the best of food and beverage of Italy along with the influences of its bordering neighbors coalesces into a dynamic, modern and elevated culinary experience. Chef Diego and Taylor's dream to pour their true love and passion for food, beverages, and hospitality is realized with every service. Reservations are for tables in each our four unique dining rooms while the Bar welcomes guests on a first come first serve basis. Please note that we do our level best to accommodate seating/area requests but they are not guaranteed. We also kindly ask that parties arrive together so that everyone can enjoy their time with us. Always love our time at Leonessa. Michael had our table and takes very good care of us. Food presentation never disappoints!

An absolute gem! We love everything about this fine establishment. Food very thoughtfully prepared. Attentive friendly staff and the food, wow!

What an amazing experience! This is by far my favorite restaurant on Cape Cod. I’m a year round resident so I’ve been to most of the restaurants on the Cape. The food at Leonessa is creative, presented beautifully and most importantly- delicious. From start to finish and from food to service, it rivals the restaurants in Boston. The only distraction is noise, but as others have stated, every restaurant at this spot has had to deal with this. It would not keep me from coming back. I will definitely be returning!

Absolutely amazing food. Only one special but every item that we ordered for a party of six was delicious. Large quantities. Extremely popular for good reason. Waitress was so nice and accommodating. Manager or owner circulates to check on things - obviously takes pride in people’s experience and the food. $120 for two mains, a shared app and two drinks. Only downside is the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation but everyone was having a great time. Very crowded Friday at 6 PM so next time we will try a bit earlier or a weekday. One of the best restaurants on the Cape.

Fabulous! A “must” eating experience for one and all. Artisanal plating, perfectly prepared, timely delivery of one the finest meals you can get on the Cape. Make your reservation now, you will not be disappointed

The food and service by our waiter Michael were excellent. However, we were very surprised when a party of 4 sat down next to us with two small dogs who sat and stared at us while we ate. The owners also fed them from the table. We love dogs but this is not the vibe we were looking for in a restaurant like Leonessa. If they want to be a dog friendly establishment and encourage people to bring their pets then advertise as such so diners who don’t want that atmosphere can go somewhere else. Disappointing.

HI there, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts- we are so glad you enjoyed the food and service. As for the furry friends the guests told us that they were service dogs- and under Massachusetts Law we are not allowed to deny entrance nor ask for any papers regarding their licensure. We asked that they stay under the table - they seemed to not be disruptive- we apologize if you felt uncomfortable and hope that we will see you again on a future visit.
