My name is Leo, Your Highness.
We haven’t met yet, but I finally have arrived to Budapest and I would like to let you in some secrets about me, just to make sure you will recognize me when the time will come. I have a very strong feeling about you and me spending this summer together.
So, who am I…
I am coming from a large and highly sophisticated family, but if I am honest I was always the black sheep around. Nothing serious - of course, I mean from my part. :P I am eager to swim against the flow and to do what others may not even dream or think of trying.
I love to travel, to get to know other cultures and people from all around the world. I love to eat…oh my God all those amazing flavors and colors of the world.
So, I highly recommend you not to leave me hanging and meet me at the top of Hotel Clark , where I can show you the most amazing view to our gorgeous city.

The view and atmosphere sell the place instantly. Interior design is a 10/10 for me, the place just dont want to be something that is not. High five to the designer. Service level is quite high, staff is I would say semi-pro. Food plating is outstanding, tho' I think most dishes are a bit pricey compared to portions and quality (It is more like a bistro experience, therefor the duck and beef filet mignon are lacking a layer of flavours and texture). I feel a bit dissapointed that side dishes come separately and they have kind of the same price as a main course. In the future I would like to see gluten free options on the menu (at least gluten free bread for tatar)... Wine and sparkling options are a bit short for my taste, though the ones on the menu are well chosen :) Overall, dining is not the main point if you decide to visit, so the whole experience is a strong 8/10 for me. Good job :)

Location: extraordinary. Amazing. Catering: limited choice of main dishes not focusing on Hungarian cuisine, but mostly international (hamburger, steak, etc.). Yet, steak quality was great as well as gnocchi. Mini-burgers could be richer in ingredients....Starters such as beef tartar tasted especially uniquelly bad (do not try to be too special, advised to return to classic style of dish. Soups: limited variety, not representing top class of place. Bewerages: high variety of drinks, particularly cocktails and mocktails and spirits. Yet, Soproni brand draught beer does not represent quality of place. There are much higher quality beers in Hungary (e.g. Dreher Gold...). Cocktail and spirit and soft drink cards are 3 different ones. It is too complex for customers to manage three cards. Advise: Reduce variety and merge drink cards. Service: sufficient number of staff. Customer focused. Salt, pepper, basic oils missing from tables. Straws for coctails were failed to deliver automatically with drinks....Needed to ask for them several times. When leaving, there was no staff to greet us and thank for our attendance. Overall, there could be several points to be improved in Leo, I had the impression that amazing view was not accompanied with the same quality of cuisine. Local specialties are missing from menu, and limited choice of dishes gives us the fake argument of "yes, because it is a bistro, not a restaurant". In my opinion, Leo Bistro is now halfway to success. Apoligies for having be critical.

We have bigger expectations. The food was not the same as shown down in the reception vs menu card. We got a table with a bad view because of fence. The price the expensive

This is a best place to take lunch on a hot day in Budapest. The food was delicious the staff attentive and atmosphere was devine. If you want to spend a bit of money for a great experience you must book this restaurant.

Amazing view, standard service a little bit rushed. Prices went up A LOT from our previous visit a year ago. Lemonade is outstanding

The view is the best as always but the menu is very limited. They have other things published on their website but it not available in reality. It would be nice to add more things on the menu. I have been there few times but the menu is the same so when I checked the website prior to going there, I thought they have added a new thing in the menu which would be nice to try on but was disappointed when the waitress said don't mind the website, just order whatever is on the printed menu. I usually take a look at the menu online before coming so I know what to order but yea, that's how it works.
