Our Town Center of Virginia Beach location will be overlooking the main plaza. The 8000 square-foot layout will be able to accommodate guests for both lunch and dinner throughout renovated dining rooms, private event spaces, expanded bar and wrap-around patio. On a Sunday night, we were surprised that there were only a few tables occupied. Food was acceptable but certainly not great. Service was poor, despite the empty restaurant. Had to go looking for the waitstaff after getting fries and NO KETCHUP—really? Don’t plan on going back.

Our server Janet C. was very accommodating and the food was delicious. It was also wonderful to be steps away from our concert venue, The Sandler Center, so that we could take our time over dinner and not feel rushed.

We were seated promptly, and our server was attentive. The bar service was extremely slow and drinks were quite expensive. Worst Bloody Mary I've ever had. Seafood was so-so and mostly overcooked. Fish tacos were a pleasant surprise.

We wanted a special night for our 15th anniversary and my wife loves seafood. We had fond memories of Legal Seafood in DC and decided to give their new restaurant in VAB a try. Boy, they did not disappoint. We were greeted by the manager Kelly who escorted us to a very special table setup up with congratulatory reservation sign, champagne and a special card - Wow factor times 10! We were waited on by Laziz who was exemplary and exceeded every expectation. We went with several of his recommendations which were all top-notch: clam chowder, firecracker roll, crab stuffed trout, and topped it of with a delicious sundae. Everything was delicious and true ten out of ten! Thank you Legal Seafood for making our evening special!

Maybe the time of day is what matters when alot of other reviews included bad service. I went on a Saturday during the day. Our server was veeeery attentive and knew her stuff. The manger on duty walked around, visited guests and tables were cleaned promptly when people got up. We ordered the Mac n cheese, a sandwich, sushi roll w lobster, coconut shrimp and calamari. Some food was good, some spectacular. Overall, I'd go again with friends and without. Drinks were great! I'd definitely go again

Air conditioning did not work. Meals undercooked. No cold sake. Dishes dirty. Staff and manager very congenial and apologetic.
