   Service was horrible, almost like he knew he sucked and just didn’t even try?! Food was good. Will not return

   Everything was good but food took a really long time to come out. Great view of the Chicago River!

   Fantastic place….thoughtful, but not overwhelming menu. We had an amazing waiter who was so patient with our kids. Can’t wait to go back!

   The food was incredible but the service from our waiter was terrible. We waited 15 minutes before he took our drinks order. Ordered more drinks that didn’t arrive and had to wait 20 minutes for the bill after asking twice. Spoiled the night for us.

   We had a party of seven.  it was a beautiful night so the doors were open, making atmosphere great. The  food was good and timely delivered after we finally ordered.  The problem was the service.  After ordering a round of drinks, it took over 35 minutes for them to get delivered to the table. We mentioned this to the manager  who didn’t step in to fix the problem.  The second round of drinks was not much better, as the order was timely placed with the waitress who again seem to be engaged with other tables and did not go to the bar to get our drinks for another 20 minutes. When she arrived with the drinks, she brought two carafes of wine for two of my friends, but no glasses. It took another 10 minutes to get glasses, this time being delivered by the manager after we complained again. This was our first time at the restaurant and at least two couples said they will never go back.  These are currently fixable problems, but we’re not fixed on site that night.

   Food wa s good. Service was atrocious. Wasn’t busy and it took 20 minutes to get water, 30 minutes to order and another 25 minutes for food delivery. Very disappointed. Not likely to return.

   Never actually got to eat here, waited for 10min for a table then got stuck at this weird table in the doorway. Keep in mind the place was empty except the bar, waited at the table for like 10min, nobody came like not even for water… so we just left… never again

    Food was great. The petite lobster roll and petite crab rolls were perfect for lunch. The clam chowder was amazing! Highly recommend!
