Le plat signature du Legal Sea Foods est le poisson vraiment frais. Situé sur la Route 9, dans le centre commercial Chestnut Hill, ce restaurant est l'un des premiers de la chaîne mais reste une attraction populaire parmi les gourmets. Des produits frais sont proposés au bar, dans la salle à manger ouverte, au comptoir de mets à emporter et au marché aux poissons. Le Legal Sea Foods a depuis longtemps prouvé qu'une expérience culinaire de haute qualité ne passe jamais de mode. Avec plus de 40 variétés de poissons frais et de crustacés servis tout au long de l'année accompagnés d'une carte de vins primée, il n'est pas étonnant que des légions d'amateurs aient mordu à l'hameçon ! L'établissement a reçu de nombreuses récompenses, notamment celles de « Meilleur Restaurant de Fruits de Mer » (USA Today, 2013), « Restaurant le Plus Populaire de Boston » (Zagat, 2012/2013), « Meilleur Restaurant de Fruits de Mer » (Improper Bostonian, 2010) et « Meilleure Chaudrée » (Boston Magazine, 2010). Le restaurant a aussi l'honneur de présenter sa légendaire Chaudrée de palourdes de Nouvelle-Angleterre à chaque inauguration présidentielle depuis 1981.

    We eat here on a regular basis and today's meal was fine. Anna's Baked Cod and Rainbow Trout The service both from our server Yanni and the delivery of our meals is exceptional. The meals were both very tasty. No complaints. We will return.

    My food was mediocre - I always order the same dish at lunch, Tuna Tataki, and this seemed like it had been prepared in advance. The seaweed salad did not taste fresh. Disappointing!

    Wonderful service and wonderful food. Everything was exactly as I expect Legal seafood to be. The service was just right with each step in the process happening right on time but still leaving us plenty of time to chat. We never felt rushed even though it was a Saturday night.

    Our server Nicholas was very personable and attentive. He knew exactly what we wanted and brought extra utensils before we even asked for them. He is the best waiter we had in years.

    The Legal's Team last night managed a potential MOB scene with ZERO Hiccups! It was impossible to tell that in honor of National Lobster Day - the special, Lobsters for $25 - was like any other night at Legals! Everything ran smooth and seamless as always! It was a wonderful night! Thanks to all the STARS at Team Chestnut Hill Legals (led by AMY) for giving us a great deal, yummy food and wonderful memories - Mommy (age 103) Loves Her Legals and Lobster!!!!

    As always, we had a lovely dinner at Legal's. It was national lobster day and the lobsters were flying out of the kitchen! I had one of my favorites which is the fried angry scallops....so yummy. If you love fish, this is the place to come. There is also a fish market at the Chestnut Hill spot so you can take some chowder or a nice piece of fish home. If you haven't eaten at Legal's and love fish, this is the place.

    Not great. We dined during the Special Lobster deal, so the value was good, but everything else was not. Food apps we have had in the past came out cold and not desirable. It like they had extra kitchen help that didn't know their standards. Not happy with the food or service we normally like.
