In the "Ocean State", Legal Sea Foods makes waves serving over 40 varieties of fish and shellfish throughout the year. Our central bar and contemporary nautically-themed design provide a fresh experience for seafood lovers in Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts. In warmer months, we retract the glass walls of our dining room to convert the space into a large covered patio. We are conveniently located at Garden City Center for those who want to shop and then drop in for a bite.

Excellent! Great for Al Fresco dining on warmer days and nights. I absolutely love the gluten-free calamari. A mostly gluten-free menu with a dedicated gluten-free fryer. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Very relaxing dinner. Great for gluten-free sensitivities. Best gluten-free calamari anywhere. We love the surf and turf.

Absolutely great dinner. Service is wonderful. Restaurant had the windows folded back for Al Fresco dining. We love this restaurant.

We were skeptical at first as it was 7pm on a Thursday night and there was plenty of room. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was great with a fantastic server that enhanced our meal. Would visit again.

Great food, great vibe and outstanding service! All the seafood was so fresh. Good portions and all well priced. Always a staple when we visit the east coast.

Our server (I forgot her name) was incredible. She was very understanding of our dietary restrictions and allowed my cousin and to chat and catch up without pressuring us to order quickly or leave.
