    It was a lively and busy night at the Derby St location but my wife and I were treated like we were the only customers in the restaurant. Robin immediately and warmly greeted us and made sure our reservation was honored as requested. The food and drink from appetizers to entrees and dessert were delectable and cooked to perfection. Victoria's service was attentive, personable and professional. Robin stopped by on several occasions to make sure our experience was 5 stars which it was. We always look forward to coming to this well managed and run location. Awesome job!

    We had an 8:00pm reservation on 12/24. After ordering our apps and drinks, the waitress disappeared for 30 minutes. Never saw her walking around. She then showed up and asked if we wanted rolls which we did, and then asked where our drinks were. She came back and said they were out of the 2 beers ordered. We reordered the drinks. Then ordered the meals. 5 minutes later a different server came with our apps, no bread. Another 10 minutes later, the apps, 2 lobster bisques came. My one son never got a meal as we were informed that there was no salmon, haddock and halibut. Still asked where the drinks were which she said she would check. At this point we were one of 3 parties left eating. She came back stating that there were no beers available that we ordered. So terrible service plus you would not take my gift cards or our reward points as I was told that they were not valid until after 1/1/25. Overall, the food was still good, but service really sucked and ruined our family Christmas Eve dinner.

    We've had hit or miss trips here over the last couple years but last night was a much better experience. Our server Olivia was excellent and although they were busy they did a great job with being attentive and the food came out right on time.

    Had a wonderful dinner sitting at the bar. Carly and Thomas, the bartenders, were so gracious and so caring and the drinks were fantastic! Looking forward to going back again

    Second time at LSF in Hingham at Derby Shops Mall. Very pleased with friendly and efficient service. They had a special Lunch Combo offering of a cup of chowder or Lobster Bisque along with a “Petite” Lobster, Crab or Chicken Salad roll. This also included french fries and coleslaw. It was perfect for lunch and very reasonably priced. We all had the crab roll and two had the bisque with one having the chowder. We were all quite pleased with our decisions for lunch. A repeat visit is already planned.
