45 min for a glass of wine was crazy, you guys have to invest more in the customer service. Hire a service manager and real bartenders. I don't mind paying for expensive food, but why would I want Sutter home to go with a 100$ meal. Also the restaurant needs a deep cleaning. But my main concern is the front of house staff. Everybody looks like they hate working and are not using time management. Very disappointing. I will never return.

Was unaware it was an almost club vibe. The food was good but VERY expensive and we had to eat our $230 meal with plastic utensils

Was visiting Jax for the day and tried this place for dinner based on a friend’s recommendation. I was immediately concerned because of the strip mall location, security pat down at the door, and plasticware placed at the table. The menu contains entrees in the $40 range, including a ribeye, so the plasticware was really bothering me. After dinner I found out from the server that their clientele prefers plasticware and that silverware is available upon request, but that option was not presented to me before. I decided to stay and I’m glad I did because the food was excellent. Literally everything from both our appetizers and entrees were delicious. The music was a vibe and a DJ came on later in the evening. The menu says 18% gratuity is added on all checks, including my party of two. I don’t recall what my final bill said, but the server said it was only 10% and she has to share that, so I tipped more. In reading other reviews the funny business surrounding gratuity seems to be a theme. Overall, I had a great time, delicious meal and would come again. Just be sure to request silverware and pay attention to the gratuity situation.
