My wife and I enjoyed our visit. Pros: The location was easy to find, the food was delicious, and the service was top notch. We were not rushed through our dinner, and it was a delightful experience. Cons: The chairs were uncomfortable and low, the table too high, and the actual menu didn’t match the online menu. We would return.

Food was cold, waited nearly an hour before the waitress bright it to us, over price for the taste, parking wasn’t complimentary it’s $15 at the hotel. If I could’ve went somewhere else I would’ve. Never again!

Get there early if you wanna talk. Food and service were terrific. Portions are huge, split entrées and appetizers.

I went Super Bowl weekend. It was busy, as expected, but what I didn’t expect was for it to take 1.5 hours to be seated with a reservation. Once we got to the table, we were told we could only drinks and an app…and had to wait for the kitchen to catch up before ordering the main course. This meant waiting another 20 minutes for a subpar drink to arrive along with room temp gumbo. After dropping another table’s appetizers at my feet, we had to wait another 30+ minutes to order and receive food. When my fish finally arrived, a side was missing, along with a friend’s entire order. The server said it was coming and 20 minutes later, we found out from someone else, they’d run out of fish and had to thaw and cook it. After all of that, the one dish was comped and only 10% taken off the rest of the meal. We got trash service, trash food and an overall trash experience. Never again.

We get it was the Super Bowl weekend, but the restaurant was not super busy and tables were open everywhere; however, the hosts insisted that they couldn’t seat anyone bc kitchen needed to catch up. Their proposed way to solve by seating all of the tables at once only perpetuated the problem. We were seated nearly an hour after our reservation. The food and beverages took 40-45 minutes to come out and were poorly timed. All three entries came out 10 minutes apart and the app came sometime between the 2nd and 3rd entree. Even though we told the waiter we were on a tight timeline since we were seated and hour late, I still had to chase him down for the check. IT WAS AWFUL! A complete waste of time and money. I’m not sure what’s changed, but it was a completely different experience than the last time we’ve been.

What a great experience! We tried so many different items - baked chicken was moist and juicy, the band bang shrimp were a favorite and the gumbo was authentic. Will be back again soon!

I had the Craft Burger, and it was one of the best I’ve ever tasted—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
