We decided to order the tasting menu for a special occasion. I had dietary requirements, my husband had none. We informed them beforehand and when the waitress greeted us we advised them again that one of us would do the normal tasting menu and one of us wanted to swap out a few dishes due to dietary issues. There was obvious confusion as this didn’t happen and we had delays in the serving of the food and we had to send back some dishes. The tasting menu was ho him. We were disappointed in the crab meat rice roll main which we thought would be the star of the tasting menu. The crab meat was non existent. All in all it was expensive for what it was. We even ordered the egg plant as an extra dish and that wasn’t crispy. Servings were small and in hindsight we should have ordered ala carte as the portion sizes were much more generous. We had food envy looking at other tables. Our waitress was lovely though and apologised for the confusion of our meals.

Creative, tasteful, balanced, wonderful food. The caviar and crispy duck skin entree was one of the best starters I have ever eaten. We decided to only eat entrees so we could try a lot of different things. We had 6 entrees and then ordered a repeat of the 2 that we liked the most. The service was great and sitting at the chef’s bench was an amazing experience. Food prices were reasonable and so were the drinks. If you don’t try this restaurant then you will miss out on an amazing experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family dinner here. Each dish was delicious. Service very professional & warm. Highlight is, of course, the crispy eggplant!

perfect balance of attentive service and relaxed well paced dining. Each dish is a delight with great care and art in designing, preparing and creating.

Amazing restaurant. Everything's high quality. Tables are well spaced. Food is perfectly cooked. They have a lot of old favourites but done with a modern twist. Think prawn toast and sweet and sour pork, but not as you know it. And it' byo with no corkage Monday - Wed. What's not to love?

The service was very slow and the food is way overpriced. $72 for 5 prawns served with a small portion of noodles, ridiculous.

Food and wine experience was excellent; however, as part of the set menu a Wagyu dish was supposed to be served which never was. Upon enquiring staff appeared confused. Later I received an email apologising for the oversight and promising a voucher to make up for this, but never received it and haven't heard back since. Overall decent experience bit way too overpriced considering they just decided to skip the main meal without prior notification.
