Through expansive glass windows and doors, Primland’s rolling fairways, forests and mountain views could easily distract if the cuisine at Leatherflower did not command your full attention. Impeccably plated and graciously served, only the finest of seasonal ingredients are artfully combined in nuanced dishes celebrating land and sea. As the morning sun gilds the restaurant’s wooden floors, fuel up on goat cheese frittata, buttermilk pancakes or farm eggs with local bacon. At night, as the central fireplace glows, choose from prime cuts, fish and delectable vegetarian dishes.

This was our second dinner here and it was delicious! The filet was cooked to perfection and was so good! Our service was excellent. We can’t wait to visit Primland again and enjoy a wonderful dinner at Leatherflower.

We had the most wonderful evening at Leatherflower! Our server was top notch and very personable. She went out of her way to be certain it was a great experience for us. The meal was delicious and we loved the table by the window with the impressive views. We are really looking forward to our next visit with you all. Thanks to everyone for a lovely evening in every way.
