Le Shack is a fun, vibrant place happily serving quality food with personality, located on Crane Road, close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. You will experience an eclectic menu, shaped by the chef partner Jean Jacques Carquillat: a combination of French Caribbean flavors will surprise your palate with both traditional and unexpected recipes, created by his unpredictable mind and prepared daily by his team experienced hands with the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Our second visit to Le Shack and again outstanding. The food was just fabulous, the service very attentive. The ambience is just lovely and prices reasonable! So we will be back tomorrow!

This is our 4th visit this year. We have welcome people back to the Barbados by taking them to the La Shack. Of course this is not their first time having dinner there. Jean Jacques Carquillat and Annalise Russo always have a wonderful selection for dinner, and all their courses. The wine list is also my personal favorite. A special bottle from their excellent wine room will start the evening, will add to enjoyment of your meal and is a wonderful sendoff for those that are leaving the island. Or just planning another visit very soon. W&D

The ambience was spot on - cozy and trendy but not over the top. The service was outstanding - such lovely servers. The food was the star of the show. Top notch quality, preparation and presentation.

Great experience, wonderful food, great service from Chanel, Mariele and the valet who parked the car for us. We went twice in the last week and will be back on our next visit.

LeShack was amazing; our server was so friendly and attentive without being overbearing - let us enjoy our drinks and ordered when we felt ready. Each course was delicious, from the fresh tuna tartare and the mahi-mahi ceviche appetizers, to the grilled barracuda (catch of the day) and flourless chocolate cake. The cocktails were inventive and unique as well. Would definitely return.
