The food was absolutely mouthwatering! Every dish was a flavor explosion. The open bar was the cherry on top, offering a wide variety of drinks to complement the meal. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So bad. Harrison mngr did his best to help us out but there’s no way they were able to service our party of 8 at 9pm closing in one hour 3 servers down. We ended up not even getting the unlimited cocktail drink bc drinks came out one every 30 min…food items we ordered were either wrong or missing. My group made best of it & will redo experience in LA instead

Poor Services orders did not arrive.. We got all u can eat and alcohol.. Most of us barely got drinks.. This place not good for large group. I made a deposit I did not get my money back

More of a drinks place with food which is average at best. Reservations recommended. Won't repeat anytime soon.

This is a great concept and the small plates were mostly good. Unfortunately there were many challenges with the service. Service was uncoordinated, slow and very inattentive.

It took half an hour to seat us and another half hour to get a drink. When the food finally arrived - it had freezer burn. There was a lot of disorganization and poor communication - despite the restaurant having adequate servers. Even our waitress knew that the food served was sub par. It was pretty awful. Would not recommend.

I’ve been to the downtown LA location, which was a great experience. Now going to the Pasadena location. The first round of hot dishes were served cold. There was a change up in the menu, which isn’t a big deal over all the experience was okay. There was a rowdy table next to us of about 16 people who were drunk by the end of their stay and doing push-ups in the middle of the dining room. Which isn’t really the type of vibe of the place. I did make sure to indicate on the reservation we were celebrating a birthday and nothing was mentioned at our table by the server which was a bit of a bummer.

The ambience was great, but service, food, and drinks were lackluster. Their sangria had no fruit, and had rosemary in it. Their sangria arancini and meatballs were mushy. The hummus was very acidic. And the piccata was just chicken in gravy, not a piccata. Our server was sweet but very scatterbrained. She forgot to bring my friend’s soda, then brought two different ones.

Sat at the bar for dinner, and had to flag down service throughout my meal. Restaurant wasn’t busy, but seemed like the bartenders were underwater and wouldn’t look up at all to check patrons. Sat with empty plates and glasses for 15 minutes, and had to go to the host stand to check out. They didn’t have pens for me to sign my bill and asked me to sign with a mechanical pencil. Ultimately, doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing. No one seems to be in charge and I felt it as a customer— weird experience.
