I had a great birthday Brunch with my hubby , the portion of the plates are great specially when is all you can eat , the pork ribs delicious, the elote street bomb ! Also waiter Leo was great and attentive ..thank you !

I love the $49.99 tapas style dining, you get to try a little bit of everything and if you like something you can always order it again. Super cute inside and service was amazing

This was my wife’s and I first time dining here and man was it worth it! To start off we had such an amazing server, Maribel! She was very attentive and kind! Had very good suggestions and what to try and was always making sure we got everything we ordered! It had a great environment and time just flew by. The food was delicious!! We were honestly amazed on how good the food was that we finished everything! Will definitely be coming back here in the near future. Totally recommended!

Everything was great until the end of service where we paid and ended up getting charged almost $1,200 for a $350 bill. When we called the manager over, Kym, he was not apologetic and condescending. We were just trying to get to the bottom of the situation as we were overcharged for our meal and the money was taken out of our accounts. The worst part of the situation was that nothing was comped due to an error on their end, and two employees that were not working, tried to intimidate us and stood at our table when it had nothing to do with them, they were not our waiters and they didn’t service us once throughout the night. Also, those “employees” were not in uniform and clearly had no business coming over to the table when we were talking to the managers, Kym and Harrison. Additionally, Kym went outside and two of the valet workers, one named Jorge, came inside and stood by our table until Kym came back. The intimidation factor was disgusting and vile displayed by the employees and it shouldn’t have been done because my sister-in-law was clearly pregnant and almost at the end of her pregnancy. We have been to this restaurant numerous times and always enjoyed it, but sadly will not be back due to their unprofessionalism by management and employees. Also, the money has not been returned to our accounts yet. Due to their negligence, we were not able to continue our night as not only did they mess with our accounts, but they also ruined the evening.

Hello my name is Jose, me & my girlfriend Kimberly went on Friday had a reservation at 7pm, our waitress was MARIBEL she did such a great job helping us choose what was good to get, choosing the right drinks, her service was great

There was nothing “grand” about this restaurant what so ever. Service was all over the place, music sounds like they took it straight from tiktok, and don’t even get me started on the food. Food was terrible, I wish I got more photos of it. We tried to give this restaurant a fair chance to especially because they had ajarski (khachapuri) on the menu, and being Armenian I thought it was lovely that they did! However, that was the only thing on the menu that was stomach-able. Every item they cleared from our table had only 2 bites taken from it—mine and my brothers. We didn’t even get to “eat”, our Saturday night wasted on disgusting food. We kept telling eachother “it’s Alfredo pasta they can’t mess this up” or “it’s chicken parm they can’t mess this up”, will guess what— unfortunately they did! Everything was intolerable, looks like cafeteria slop. 49.99$ for a tasting menu, GO TO AVRA BEVERLY HILLS DURING LUNCH!!! They have a 35$ 4 course meal special, and come back and tell me the difference!! Because I promise there is a huge one. Expectation vs reality here is insane, the photos look delicious but really it’s just slop on 5 inch plates. There was HAIR IN OUR FOOD, I couldn’t believe my eyes I held it on my fork for 15 minutes waiting to show their manager. Absolutely disgusted, she was nice enough to adjust our bill but also prompted to ask me for my personal information in order for their “support team” to call me for the details and how they can improve. I let her know that asking for my personal information was inappropriate and I have free will—I’ll still be writing a review and they can definitely take notes and improve from there! It took way too long for our drinks to come, a few of the items listed on the receipt were never brought to our table we even told our waiter (who seemed extremely confused) that we think our food keeps getting served to a table across the room from us and he apologized (he wasn’t the person serving the food just taking our order

Maribel was our server and she was amazing! She took great care of us from start to finish! She made sure we got all of our food and drinks on time, recommended us her favorites, and was a blast to have as a server. We will definitely come back & request to have her! 10/10 experience

This place has such a great vibe. Our server Mason was superb. He made sure to let us know about whatever dishes we were curious about, if it would pair well with the other dishes we ordered and he truly wanted us to enjoy ourselves. He was close by at all times, but he wasn't hovering. We truly appreciated how attentive he was. The food was excellent, notably the mushroom ravioli, espresso ribs, lamb meatballs, mussels in spicy tomato broth and the adjarian kachapuri. We were so stuffed. We thought we'd get fifteen dishes (5 dishes for $25 at happy hour!) but we only get ten because the portions were generous. We got so much bang for our buck! We plan on coming back with friends. It's so delightful that Le Grand now has a location in Pasadena - much closer to us! Happy hour is truly happy at Le Grand.

Wonderful place! “Unlimited dining experience” all-you-can-eat format, is a real gem! A wide variety of dishes, all fresh and delicious. The service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is great. It’s now our absolute favorite spot in Pasadena. We’ll definitely be back! Our must try dishes - Mushroom Truffle Arancini - Watermelon feta salad - Adjarian Khachapuri 1 - Tuna Tataki - Espresso pork ribs - Smashed Slider - Arrabiata shrimp pasta
