Le French is a gourmet, casual-chic French bistro specializing in modern Parisian cuisine with global influences, a nod to co-founders and sisters Ami and Rougui Dia’s heritage. Embracing the storied history of France and Senegal’s centuries-old relationship, Le French offers beautiful mini pastries, baked from scratch in-house, timeless French dishes, and culinary celebrations of Senegalese tradition in an intimate, sophisticated environment. I have ever only had one bad dining experience since they opened the OG spot in 2019. That within itself should tell you, that all of the amazing things you hear are true. The menu is the main event. The astethics of both restaurants are the cherry on top. We had the striped bass. And it was perfection on a plate. Skin was crispy, while the fish was flaky and not dry.

The brunch entrees of Eggs Benedict and the Croque Madame were very tasty (although the accompanying potatoes were a little under-cooked.) Mimosas are not listed on the drink menu, but they are available in about 5 flavors (the blood-orange is especially good.) You just have to ask the server for what's available that day.

I try to dine at Le French 9th and Co as often as possible. It is my go to place for business as well as social brunches, lunches and dinners. I have brought many people here for their first time and they are always impressed with the excellent service, exceptional food and a great wine list. I highly recommed this restaurant!

The server was great and the restaurant beautiful, but the food was very disappointing. I had the Parisian omelette, the mushrooms were completely overcooked which made the omelette really chewy. The fries were cold and flavorless.

Good food, lukewarm bottle of white wine, pleasant but inattentive service. And it has become much more expensive. Overall still doable but need to pick up there game.

Great date night! The menu included a good food variety (including gluten-free!) and creative cocktails. The server gave us great recommendations for portion size as well as flavor combinations. The ambience was good, decor looked wonderful. However, our seat by the window was a little too warm despite their best efforts with shades, next time I will ask for a seat away from the windows. Would recommend!
