We loved our Valentines Day dinner. The oysters and seared tuna were the best parts of our dinner! We wish they were on the regular menu because we’d be there every night! We will definitely be back next year for Valentine’s Day!

Absolutely wonderful new restaurant in Denver. The ambiance is perfect for an elegant date night. Drinks were on point. Food is on point with familiar Vietnamese flavors and french influences. The service was also great, with the server being knowledgeable, coat check, and check-in being on time. Friendly staff and great experience overall. The price is high, but I think it is respectable for the neighborhood.

Great good, great service. We went on Valentine’s Day so they had pre fixe menu and that was perfect for us. The menu included most of their menu items. Shaking Beef is an incredible take on one of my fave Vietnamese dishes. Anything that has a dough or crust is French buttery special. Cocktails are amazing - prepare to pay NY cocktail prices, but they’re really exceptional.

Delicious! It felt like being in Saigon and is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants in Denver. The menu was a bit pricey, but everything was very enjoyable. Will be back for more special occasions in the future!

The atmosphere is so lovely! And the food is wonderful! We enjoyed lunch for Valentines Day. We ordered a few small plates to share - beef raviolis, tuna tartare and chicken dumplings. Everything was delicious and generously portioned. The Vietnamese coffee was a stand out, offered hot or iced. The service was attentive. I’m looking forward to returning.

Our second recent visit to this great new spot. We sat in the bar. Very different vibe than the main dining room, a lot of fun, but a little loud. Food was excellent again. Service was also very good. My wife’s cocktail the Forbidden City was excellent! Great flavor and balance. I had the smoked old fashioned, and guess I’m more of a Manhattan guy. The beef ravioli is incredible as is the Shaking Beef entree. We opted for the green curry shrimp and it too was packed with flavor. The japanese eggplant served as a great side. Crème Brûlée for dessert (get the upside down pineapple cake) or the chocolate cake (my wife is not a chocolate fan). The only disappointment ion the evening was the bar had neither of the IPA’s on the menu and we dined at 5:30 pm on a Thursday night. A night they should be fully stocked! No excuse not to have at least one of the IPA’s in stock. The other ongoing disappointment are the table sizes. They are WAY too small, especially given that most things on the menu are shareable…there is NO room! Otherwise another wonderful evening!
