Le Bilboquet, bringing a premier French restaurant experience to Denver and Cherry Creek North.

This bistro is modeled after the Upper East Side original — a dining room dressed in white linens, with velvet seats, dark wood, and brass finishes. The Denver menu will include traditional and modern French fare, as well as the house special: Cajun Chicken.

Le Bilboquet is a 6,000-square-foot location at 3rd and Saint Paul has a premier 70 seat patio, a beautiful lounge, a 24 seat private dining room and a main dining room that can seat up to 110 guests.

    This is such a gem! We love to dine here as we feel the European ambiance, high service level and consistently great food. We were celebrating will great friends and didn’t feel rushed. We spent over three hours visiting and enjoying our time! The entire experience was exquisite! Thank you!

    Amazing experience. The duck was chefs kiss. Thank you to Heather and Adele for making us feel so well taken care of. The cocktails and wine were amazing. Will definitely be back. Loved the stools for purses so we don’t have to put them on the floor.

    Our waiter was superb and our food was equally wonderful! I loved the loup de mer (branzino fish) with rice cake, perfect! Also the beet salad, as always, delicious! Thank you Bilboquet and our excellent waiter!

    Food is always well prepared and delicious. Unfortunately , the new indoor table configuration, in NYC style, is too tight. The restaurant took a chunk of the indoor space for private banquet, leaving a smaller footprint and much, much closer tables. Despite the outstanding service and food, won’t return until outdoor patio opens.

    The entire staff made us feel special. Our anniversary was made truly special by Alessandro and the staff. We will most definitely be back! Bravo!

    Bilboquet is a regular stop for us. Great service with Heather, as always. Very busy because the restaurant has reduced the size of the dining room and it was packed. Tuna tartar was excellent so is the crab avocado appetizer. The beef tartar went back as it was over spiced. This was a first. Moules are good but small, not an R month.
