Le Bilboquet, bringing a premier French restaurant experience to Denver and Cherry Creek North.

This bistro is modeled after the Upper East Side original — a dining room dressed in white linens, with velvet seats, dark wood, and brass finishes. The Denver menu will include traditional and modern French fare, as well as the house special: Cajun Chicken.

Le Bilboquet is a 6,000-square-foot location at 3rd and Saint Paul has a premier 70 seat patio, a beautiful lounge, a 24 seat private dining room and a main dining room that can seat up to 110 guests.

    Worst food I’ve ever experienced on Valentines Day. Service was horrible too. Just an overall bad experience and they put us in the back room where they generally hold meetings. Zero art work, zero ambiance.

    Very disappointed in Valentine’s Day dinner. The prix-fixe menu was uninspired. The service felt like we were on a mass production line - no sooner was the appetizer plate picked up than the entree plate was put down. Within seconds of the entree plate being picked up the dessert plate was put down. Food only ok and lukewarm. Not what I’ve come to expect from Le Bilboquet. Food and experience very disappointing.

    Le Bilboquet is a regular favorite for us. The new renovations have made it a bit cozier and the new private rooms I think a good idea. The food is always very good and dependable. We had the cajun chicken which was excellent. I also had the Dover sole, a special on Thursday's and it was perfectly seasoned and delicious. We also got the normal crab and avocado salad which again was very nice. Very good food, very nice ambiance and service. I highly recommend.

    Elegant ambience, attentive and knowledgeable staff, and the food itself is well worth the price. One of our best restaurant experiences recently in Denver. Plus something you just don’t see anymore: a bowlful of restaurant-branded matchbooks as you leave. Of course I took one. I don’t smoke, but I do have a fireplace.

    Our server was very efficient and the food was quite good. I had cream of cauliflower soup and a seafood salad. The French 75 cocktail and the profiteroles were both amazing!

    Superb. Many notches above the usual Denver fare. Top marks for everything. We’ll be back. A word about the prices: About $150 per head without wine by the bottle Expensive but worth it.

    The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive. The staff attended to our request for whatever we needed. The food was served not too fast and not too slow, and delicious. The ambiance is so elegant. It was a special treat to be served a delicious meal in a such a beautiful restaurant by lovely people. I will return to this lovely restaurant.

    This is one of our go to places for a special meal out. The escargot is I think the high point of the appetizer menu. It was excellent. I tried the flank steak for the entrée and it was very good. Flavorful. The medium rare is on the rare side of that finish. They are in midstream of a refreshing/renovation which should be completed it sounds like in mid February. Very much looking forward to seeing the new updates.
