The Bistro, run by students in Culinary Arts, offers food at a fine-dining standard and features a revolving prix fixe menu with a choice of appetizer or salad, entrée, and dessert for $20, tax included. Each week the Bistro focuses on cuisine from a different region, such as Asian, Mediterranean, Southern, Latin American or French cuisine. A vegetarian option is available.

Had the Brie bake appetizer, and it was good. Order Ratatouille to begin the presentation was very cute and it tasted out of this world and was incredible delicious. It melts in your month was not dry at all. I’m not a fan of eggplant because of the texture. This dish wholly change that the slices were very thin. I did not even notice the texture of the eggplant and the bell pepper complimented the dish very well. I totally felt in love with the Ratatouille best dish so far that I have try in the bistro

I’ve enjoyed coming to the Bistro for several years, however, the food was terrible on October 16. They didn’t season the food at all.

Although we love going here, the door kept slamming throughout our meal and it was very distracting and loud. The pork belly was excellent with the noodles! I loved the citrus on the noodles, very tasty. Our main course was mixed. The white fish was cooked to perfection! Very flaky and flavorful! The curry on the other hand was bland with little curry flavor and unseasoned. The chicken also seemed tough, which I didn’t think was possible with chicken thighs. The flan was nice. The ice cream was a little grainy and the cookie was a little thick and seemed stale.

Love this place, it's fun to watch the kitchen as well in the screen. Not sure if everyone knows in the kitchen that they are broadcasted, but it adds to the charme. Food is great and always a great experience.

We love it here and look forward to the openings every semester. This was no exception. The food was very good as usual. The service was excellent. I had the polenta and my husband had caprese salad. Both were good but we thought his was a bit better. We both had the pasta and roast pork with peas. Excellent! As as the panna cotta for dessert. A very nice dining experience. We had a problem with our reservation. We had an email confirmation but for some reason our name was not on the list. That was cleared up soon enough. The cost in the past had been $20 per meal but when our bill came the entree, appetizer, and dessert were all billed separately and significantly more than the $20. I asked our waitress and it was resolved very quickly. Other than these two minor things it was wonder and we’re going back next week!
