The Bistro, run by students in Culinary Arts, offers food at a fine-dining standard and features a revolving prix fixe menu with a choice of appetizer or salad, entrée, and dessert for $20, tax included. Each week the Bistro focuses on cuisine from a different region, such as Asian, Mediterranean, Southern, Latin American or French cuisine. A vegetarian option is available.

The gourmet food is always outstanding and the price is a bargain. We always enjoy the adventurous eating and being able to support the LBCC culinary program is rewarding.

No appetizer. We were a group of 4 and no one really enjoyed their meal. The rest of the semester was excellent though, so definitely a one off.

I enjoy the outings to the Bistro & Bakery. The experience and food is most always a surprising variation. When it isn't a recipe with a surprising twist, it is still excellent food.

I would normally recommend the bistro however, on the last day, food was cold and less flavorful

Delicious. It was my friends first time and we want to return next semester. I had the vegetarian main entree and it was very tasty.

We shared the Ahi tartar & mango salad & they were both delicious. My husband had the short ribs & I had the salmon. Both were very good. The desserts were great as well. Presentation was done well & the service was on point.

LBCC Bistro is amazing. The students and staff create a phenomenal environment. The food is amazing. It's always great. The students and the entire staff are the epitome of customer service.

First time dining here with the $20 pre fixe menu. Had the tuna tartare appetizer, the braised short rib entree, and the matcha crème brûlée. The food was very good! The service was slow throughout the visit. I think it’s a great idea to be able to have the culinary students practice while allowing patrons to try the food!

This is a student run restaurant in the culinary department at LBCC (Building V at the corner of Clark and Carson). They offer a three course lunch (you can select for two options per course) for $20. Best deal in town. The food is good and the service is fast and attentive. Public Parking is challenging. There is 30 minute parking on Clark Ave. There is a student and faculty lot right next to Building V. I couldn’t tell if public parking was available in the lot. I finished my three courses in 30 minutes so parking on Clark wasn’t a problem
