Sadly all the food is prepared with canola oil. Since when was there canola in Lebanon!? Olives are plentiful and the oil is an essential part of the flavour of authentic cuisine. Sadly the desire to use cheap inputs was greater than their desire to provide high quality meals with high quality ingredients.

Top notch food, both in taste and presenation. Very attentive staff and ambience is created by a beautifully decorated space. Highly recommend for a downtown vibe in the suburbs.

Absolutely amazing experience! We had already been to (and loved) their Toronto location, but we are lucky to now have this spot a bit closer to home! Same extraordinary service, incredible food, and fantastic ambiance. Would definitely recommend for special occasions, date nights, and everything in-between. Can’t wait to go back!

I can say enough nice things about Laylak. The food is really good value and delicious, but the staff is the highlight. They are always so attentive and friendly.
