Stacey Lawson and Paul Fields are not only delighted but thoroughly excited to announce the opening of their restaurant. Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

Absolutely fantastic food, staff go above and beyond with customer care and service. I went with my son and his partner, we all had different dishes and they were all superb. I was the only one to have dessert I had sticky toffee pudding, without a doubt it is the best I have ever tried, amazing amount of sauce (which most other restaurants skimp on), sponge light and delicious. I'm telling everyone to go to Lawsons, well done on a great experience 😊

Lawsons Bistro in Lincoln consistently delivers exceptional food with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Their menu offers a perfect balance of creativity and comfort, with every dish expertly prepared. The service is always attentive, making it a reliable choice for a great dining experience. Took friends with us too and they were blown away and a pleasure for us to introduce them to such a great restaurant.

Excellent menu selection and very good quality food, tastefully presented. Competitively priced. Staff very attentive. Downstairs the tables are rather close together and depending on the number of diners, noise levels could prove a problem.

The lunchtime session was extremely busy, with a graduation ceremony in the city. The staff coped extremely well, and efficiently, and the food maintained its usual high standard. The 2/3 course lunch special is exceptional value, given the quality of food.

There is always a great choice of food and all the dishes are amazing. Try the fish cakes to start followed by the blade of beef.
