Stacey Lawson and Paul Fields are not only delighted but thoroughly excited to announce the opening of their restaurant. Stacey and Paul sensed something was missing from the Lincoln dining experience. Paul had always had a passion to open up an independent restaurant and as a local girl Stacey recognised that although Lincoln is a historical City and a very dynamic and growing City, there was a clear need for a relaxed restaurant experience that combined history with modernity.

Food was amazing. The beef was so tender it slid off the fork. The sticky toffee pudding I think is the best we have ever had. Definitely going back.

This restaurant is an absolute gem. From the quality of the food to the service and dining experience, everything about our visit was excellent. We'll definitely be visiting again and would happily recommend Lawson's to anyone. Thank you.

Our first visit to Lawsons and we had lunch. A nice space and overall I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant. The lunch menu had a good selection of choices and was, in my view, incredible value at £21 for three courses. We had starters of the fish cake and scotch egg both of which were very tasty. I had the blade of beef for main course which was very very tender and again, thoroughly recommended. Service was great and there was nothing to fault. Next time we are in Lincoln we will be back!

Lovely food. Lovely friendly well trained staff. We couldn’t fault it. Makes a total change from pub grub. Highly recommend it. Good value for money

Love this restaurant and we're regular visitors, at least once a month. We've never had a bad meal, in fact it's always been excellent. Can't recommend it highly enough.

A great place to eat quality food ! An ancient building sympathetically restored. A very good menu, cooked to order. Fantastic choice, great veg and interesting side dishes. The wine was excellent too.
