We ran across this place on a Google search for a good steakhouse on a Tuesday evening. The search result was wrong... It wast an amazing steakhouse! Absolutely one of the best boneless ribeyes I have ever eating and have had many in 65 years. Perfect steak and fingerling potatoes. If you dont mind paying up for great steak, this the place in Colorado!!!

I overall had a good experience. Food was delicious but did not come out as ordered. Even though it did not seem too busy it felt like the servers were pulled in so many directions they were not as attentive as management was. Pricey but I would consider giving it another shot for a special occasion. I would also encourage to update the website menu because we came for specific items that were no longer offered once we arrived.

Brought friends visiting from out of town and had a great experience. We had the Brussels sprouts appetizer which was amazing! Just the right crispness and flavor. The tomato, burrata salad is a new favorite, absolutely the best blend of flavors! I tried the 3 filet medallions which were cooked to perfection and beautifully plated. The asparagus was perfect and the potatoes au gratin were rich and decadent. My husband had to have the wagyu burger, which he says is the best burger in town. Served on a brioche bun with crispy flavorful fries. My friends shared the salmon, which was split and prepared specially to accommodate dietary restrictions. The owner recommended a wine that paired perfectly with our selections and my preferences - and was not too expensive!! Overall we had a special dining experience, not just a dinner out.

We have been many times before but this time was not excellent like before. The wait person was difficult to find and the steak was over salted to the point it was inedible after the first couple of bites. It definitely was an off day for them but for the price we paid, I would have hoped for better.

I really want to like Laws but at this point I don't think I will return. I have now been to Laws 3 times (twice for dinner, once for brunch). The atmosphere is great and is what a steakhouse really should be. My latest visit was for dinner with a coworker. The staff was very personable and polite. The issue was that they forgot salt for my coworker (asked for it with the app and it showed up with his steak), we asked for extra bread that never showed up, and the table next to us (also our coworkers) had to get up and grab their own silverware for their dessert course. At this price point, the staff should be attentive without being obnoxious. The attention was missing. I ordered the bison spare ribs and, as was the case with my previous dinner at Laws, was very underwhelmed. The flavor was bland and seemed like it had spent too much time being cooked-chilled-recooked. The temperature of the meat was warm, not hot, and the potato parsnip puree was actually cold. My coworker thought that his Wagyu steak wasn't prepared well and that the value for the total tab was not appropriate. The bar is great and has a strong selection of liquor and wine.

First date night with my wife in a long time and we were hoping for a great dinner considering the prices. Great manager and wait staff. Both very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was very clean and very nice. For two people it was over $350. Wagyu steak was terrible. I could do better going to King Soopers and cooking it myself. The two scallops were tasteless. The west coast oysters we like biting into a raw fish, the east coast were ok. The shrimp cocktail was like eat rubber and very fishy. The best part were the drinks….and that’s it. Very disappointing and will not go back.

Great decor and bar area. Food was very good but overpriced for meager size entrees. Seafood entrées had zero accompaniment. Kitchen was slow and used appetizer plates were not cleared untill entrées arrived. Our guest ordered a ribeye and was told they were out of that cut at 7:00 PM. ( It's a Steakhouse) We were overcharged for one glass of wine, ordinarily not a big deal, but $24.00 a glass... Wine list is extensive, but expensive.... Not in the same league as the big dogs, but trying
