LAVO Los Angeles is a 250-seat coastal Italian restaurant designed for an unparalleled, year-round alfresco dining experience. The restaurant offers an elevated indoor and outdoor dining experience while boasting a spacious sun-drenched dining room with a retractable roof, operable windows, and luxurious Italian furnishings throughout.

The kitchen is helmed by Chef Ralph Scamardella, whose menu balances dishes inspired by coastal southern Italy and influenced by Southern California produce while paying homage to LAVO’s signature Italian classics and his Italian-American background.

The beverage program features dramatic iterations on the classics alongside bold signature drinks. LAVO’s robust wine program complements the restaurant’s Italian inspiration and West Coast locale, featuring a vast selection of Old-World wines, as well as wines from California’s iconic regions.

The service was great, it was very early in the day still it wasn’t very busy. The food tasted great for everyone, fresh and flavorful. There was a dj which was a nice touch. It wasn’t too loud you were still able to enjoy the music and conversations at your table.

The ambience was very joyful, with the music playing all the latest tunes. We were singing and dancing in our seat while waiting on our food. The food was very delicious, and drinks well done! I will definitely be coming back!

Had an amazing birthday dinner last night! Excellent service by our server Rachel- she was patient and kind , gave great recommendations! We had the tuna tartare which was one of the best I’ve ever had, verde house salad, vodka pasta and branzino - all simply delicious!

I went in with a party of 9 celebrating my birthday. from when we walked in carolyn at the host stand greeted us immediately which was such a great first impression! our server Alex was the sweetest! she was very knowledgeable which was very nice because we had never been to LAVO. when our bottled water came they had a plate with grapefruit,lemon and lime that was such a nice touch i loved it!! Brian the servers assistant was just as incredible. they both made us have such a lovely experience they made my birthday extra special! i got a passion star martini and it was deliciosos! we got truffle fries, broccolini, mushrooms, round potatoes for sides for the table. the truffle fries were the perfect amount of crispy and not an aggressive truffle it was perfect! i got the filet and it was so mouth watering and amazing! for my birthday dessert they brought out a mango passion fruit ice cream which is my favorite and tirimisu which was such an amazing experience i loved it! must get so you see what im talking about!! all the staff was really on top of it which made it such ana amazing experience!! for sure will come back!!!
