LAVO Los Angeles is a 250-seat coastal Italian restaurant designed for an unparalleled, year-round alfresco dining experience. The restaurant offers an elevated indoor and outdoor dining experience while boasting a spacious sun-drenched dining room with a retractable roof, operable windows, and luxurious Italian furnishings throughout.

The kitchen is helmed by Chef Ralph Scamardella, whose menu balances dishes inspired by coastal southern Italy and influenced by Southern California produce while paying homage to LAVO’s signature Italian classics and his Italian-American background.

The beverage program features dramatic iterations on the classics alongside bold signature drinks. LAVO’s robust wine program complements the restaurant’s Italian inspiration and West Coast locale, featuring a vast selection of Old-World wines, as well as wines from California’s iconic regions.

LAVO Los Angeles welcomes you to celebrate Thanksgiving! We will be open from 1:00-9:00pm, enjoy our dinner menu alongside a specially curated selection of holiday dishes from the Chef. In addition, a flat fee of $25 per person is required at booking that will go towards your final bill. [IMPORTANT: This deposit is for your reservation and will be deducted from your food and beverage spend on the night of your experience]. Failure to show for your reservation, as well as cancelling/modifying the reservation after Wednesday, 11/27, will result in forfeit of the deposit. We look forward to seeing you there!

From beginning to end our Server Cristofa was absolutely fantastic! All server should be like him. Friendly and Attentive. It’s my second time at LAVO and so far I’ve had the best experience. Definitely a good place to Celebrate a birthday if you’re looking for Ambiance, Friendly Service, Good Food and the music wasn’t too bad either. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you for making my birthday extra special.

Beautiful atmosphere! Excellent service was much appreciated . We ordered a number of dishes for our group to share and all were beautifully plated and delicious.The salt crusted sea bass was amazing and came with a fun tableside presentation. The evening ended with the famous 20 layer chocolate cake- yum!

The wait time between courses is insane, served the bread and meat ball first, and we ended up waiting for half an hour to get the next dish. In addition, the valet parking is secretly overcharging for $4, I was told it’s supposed to be $18 but actually got charged for $22, that’s disappointing.

CHECK YOUR BILL. First and last time coming here. Our server Shantel was not friendly. Took half of our party’s drink order, when we stopped her she was annoyed. Rushed us through our order, and disappeared for the rest of the service until it was time for the bill. We were charged $140 for two drinks we didn’t order. The food was very average. Sadly, will not be coming back and cannot recommend.

First time in this place and the place looks like a fairytale with the tree in the middle of the dining. The bar is everywhere is well lit. Service though, is just okay. We felt like we are being rushed by taking our plates and drinks when there’s still food on the plates. The drinks are spectacular, pricey but you can taste the alcohol the food is amazing too. We got the brunch pre-fixed. I think for the value of the courses, it’s better of to get al carte.
