We are a mediterranean inspired grill in the heart of Stevenage Old Town, serving the very best steaks, grills and fresh fish alongside some amazing cocktails.
Our steaks are our signature dish, these are very carefully sourced and cooked by our master grill chefs on the word renowned Josper grill.

Our restaurant is rated no 1 on trip advisor.

We have live music every Friday.

    Every Friday lavish bar and grill hosts a live band providing entertainment from around 7pm onwards. We have a different vocalist every week and their styles vary but generally the music is up beat and consists mainly of popular covers.     Excellent Sunday roast. Meat cooked to perfection with all the trimmings and tasty gravy. Great service as always. Highly recommend.

    We went for my family birthday meal, we’ve been before but wanted to take our grown ups kids, food was amazing, fantastic service and love the buzzy atmosphere

    We booked a lunch for my son's 21st birthday. This was my first visit, and it did not disappoint. The food was superb, the service was excellent, and the staff surprised my son with a cake. I will be going back in the future, may items on that menu I wish to try

    The food and my waiter were excellent but I had to stand by reception for ages waiting to be sat down. When the greeter finally came and I complained she said she was sorry but she had been chatting with customers. Sounds like the two roles should be separate.

    Stopped overnight in Stevenage and booked a table at Lavish based purely on the menu on their website. There are very good reasons this restaurant was packed whilst others in the High Street were all but empty. From the extremely warm welcome on entering to the exemplary table service we couldn’t fault Lavish and their staff, and to be honest we are quite picky. It was quite noisy in there but that was because there were a number of large, what we assumed to be, work parties, not the restaurants fault and to their credit our waiter moved us away from one of the tables despite our not asking him to, he was just extremely thoughtful. The food was fantastic especially the grilled halloumi starter and the goats cheese burger. If we ever stop in Stevenage again we absolutely will go back to Lavish, if only because the service is so very, very good.

    The filet steak was very good, but the calamari starter was genius. Highly recommended, particularly if you're a Lovecraft fan...

    The staff were wonderful, my wife had fillet steak which was perfectly cooked. I ordered a ribeye but was served a sirloin, I didn't say anything as my wife would have been upset. Overall a lovely restaurant and we'll go again.

    Party of 10, starters mains and drinks. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal, the atmosphere the drinks and our waiter was very helpful
