                                                                I live nearby so thought I’d try this restaurant. Not a good choice. I had reservations and the person seemed to just sit us anywhere as there was another table without reservations that seemed to get a much better table. They practically sat us in the lobby. It was noisy and young teens running all over the restaurant. And I meaning running. The food was OK at best as everything was over salted and looked like it was lit together in a hurried fashion. The drink was the best part but if I have to explain a Repasado Old Fashioned over and over to the waiter and when I asked what Reposado they have and was looked at with confusion, not a good feeling. Skip the desert as the limoncello cheese cake tasted stale and manufactured. I also order a double espresso that came to me in less than a minute and certainly tasted instant and not brewed.

                                                                Sadly we read a review in our local paper and were really excited to try it. It was sad. Sad hotel, sad waiters, empty restaurant, reduced menu because it was Sunday. I really wanted to love it but it’s just a hotel restaurant.

                                                                The restaurant ambience was horrible. The food was amazing. You can’t have a cocktail hour and 500 pre teens and teens running around like they were in their bedroom Other than the dood was superb

                                                                Great good and extremely friendly and attentive service. John R. and Rose were wonderful! Even during a prom they found a quiet corner for my wife and I to enjoy our dinner. Recommend highly!

                                                                John was the host that made us feel very welcome. Kylie was our waitress that was very good and did/said all the right things. She laughed at my jokes which is always good. Bartenders were spot on with a challenge rum-based drink. Food was excellent. No issues parking since we were in the Hyatt car park. Great Italian fare. Recommend.

                                                                My husband and I ate dinner at Laurea since we were staying overnight at the Hyatt Regency. This restaurant is located in the courtyard in the middle of the hotel. Service was exceptional, and our waiter was knowledgeable and very pleasant. My husband ordered the fried calamari and I, the garlic cristone as appetizers.  well his calamari was delicious, the cristone was incredible. A true flavor explosion in the mouth. When I asked our waiter, what he would suggest as an entrée, he suggested the pork chop which we both ordered. By far, the best pork chop we’ve ever eaten. The pork chop was tender, well seasoned and the sauce very flavorful. If I had to make one suggestion on this dish, I would suggest that the three arancini which accompany the chop have a bit more internal flavor. They were crisp, cooked perfectly and the yellow Romanesco sauce was a compliment to them. I would have liked to see a bit more flavor inside the Arancini. Perhaps a bit of pancetta or some herbs. The peach and blueberry cobbler finished off an excellent dinner .
