Steakhouse " à la Française", notre menu sur ardoise met en vedette les meilleures viandes du monde et de belles recettes de poisson tel que le mahi-mahi, le thon Yellowfin et la langouste.
Nos viandes de prestiges :
Les boeufs de Kobe & Kagoshima en wagyu Japonais, le boeuf Black Angus Prime usa, le wagyu Australien, du cochon Pata Negra 100% Iberico, de l'agneau fermier et du boeuf Black Pearl maturé au sel rose de l’Himalaya.
L'ambiance chaleureuse et le service attentionné font de chaque repas un moment inoubliable. Des cocktails créatifs et une carte des vins complètent l'expérience.

Fabulous staff, food and experience. I would highly recommend L’Atelier. The poached egg is to die for, the tuna carpaccio was awesome, the wagu beef was incredible. Outstanding cocktails and wine list. MUST GO TO WHEN IN ST. Maarten.

Amazing place amazing food. Definitely pricey but you get what you pay for and it was delicious. If you love steak and love French food, this is the place

Amazing restaurant with great food, lovely vibe and professional staff. We went there for my wife b-day. Alexandre, the owner, is very welcoming and explained to us entire menu. The appetizers were delicious, the wagu Astralian steak was just exceptional and an apple pie desert with cappuccino was perfect way to end a wonderful dinner. If you ever come to SXM, this place is a must.

The best restaurant experience I’ve had to date in SXM! The chef and waiters provided excellent service. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. An absolutely perfect evening🩵💙

Magnificent experience! Owner, Alexander, went thru the entire menu board with our foursome describing the starters, entrees, sides and desserts. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious. For starters, we shared the wagyu beef carpaccio, seared bay scallops (special of the day) and chèvre with honey. The flavors, textures and presentation were simply amazing! We ordered and shared Grandma-style beef chuck with a silky gravy over mashed potatoes, braised beef short rib, rigatoni with shaved filet and the seared duck. The entrees were outstanding, timing was impeccable, service was on point. We shared the rum crème brûlée and coffee. I can’t say enough about the awesome experience. An absolute treat beginning to end. Don’t miss out!

The service and food was absolutely amazing. The fact that the owner cones to each table & explains the menu is just incredible. This dining experience feels personal & the care to detail is top notch!

Absolute perfection! The drinks, the food, the service were all impeccable! The owner, Alex takes time to visit each table and discuss the menu. His passion is amazing! A must visit in St Martin!

Fabulous experience, from beginning to end. The owner was most gracious and reviewed the menu with us. All of the staff were welcoming and most professional. The food was incredible! Cannot wait to go back.
