Steakhouse " à la Française", notre menu sur ardoise met en vedette les meilleures viandes du monde et de belles recettes de poisson tel que le mahi-mahi, le thon Yellowfin et la langouste.
Nos viandes de prestiges :
Les boeufs de Kobe & Kagoshima en wagyu Japonais, le boeuf Black Angus Prime usa, le wagyu Australien, du cochon Pata Negra 100% Iberico, de l'agneau fermier et du boeuf Black Pearl maturé au sel rose de l’Himalaya.

A wonderful anniversary dinner! The food was amazing as well as the atmosphere. Everyone in the restaurant was happy and enjoying their meals. We dined here in 2022 and have talked about our meals here ever since. We were very happy to return tonight. Wonderful flavors, ambiance and service await. The bruschetta of bone marrow and poached egg appetizers are deeply delicious, our meat mains were prepared with care allowing flavors to shine. The little village of Orient Bay offers numerous food choices, L’Atelier is a standout worthy of your hungry belly.

Had a great experience with my wife on our honeymoon! The owner was extremely nice and passionate about his restaurant. Introduced himself and walked us through the menu. The service was exceptionally great, refills dirty plates being removed everything in a timely manner. the food was off the charts, i didn’t even understand all that i was eating but it was good. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing we went in the evening and we loved the ambiance. Def recommend.

For the last number of years when on the Island, we make a point of going to L’Atelier. This would be my third, maybe fourth visit, and it does not disappoint. The food is prepared & presented with much care and thought. Our group of six had an amazing evening. Margaux was our server and she was so delightful. Mark this restaurant on your list!

This is a food destination for the discriminating diner. Each of the entrees was personalized y the owner with a loving presentation of the origins of the food, the sources and it did not disappoint. Nice to find a Michelin level restaurant on SXM.

It was a fantastic dining experience! From appetizers to dessert, Everything was delicious. Service was perfect. We loved that the chef/owner explained everything on the extensive menu. We shared two steaks from 2 different countries. Was a fun delightful comparison. We will be back!

Alexandre, the owner makes your experience one of a kind. His selection of quality meat is incredible and everything you choose will leave you wishing you had more room in your stomach. We tried many things on the menu, and each course more extraordinary than the last. This is a must try restaurant

Very few place where you can find such a good selection of world renown meat delicacies, well prepared in a casual atmosphere. Highly recommend.

One of the most wonderful and thoughtful dining experiences I have had in a long time. I live in NYC and don’t even get this type of service in most places. The owner was so personable and walked us through the entire menu. The food was absolutely incredible. Would definetly go back again!
